Luxurious and comfortable stay. Hotel is strategically located in heart of town with access to MRT. Got 2 St. Regis bears from very friendly staffs.

We recently stayed at the St. Regis hotel for three days and was impressed by their service. Every staff member was well-trained and greeted us with genuine, warm smiles. The butler service was exceptional, particularly Nisa, who wrote a heartfelt handwritten card and gave me a thoughtful gift. The hotel's location is very convenient, and the room was spacious. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Overall, my experience was excellent.

I genuinely admire the St. Regis for its beautiful interior design and dedication to service. This hotel lives up to expectations. Although I wouldn't describe the breakfast as outstanding, the pricing is reasonable, and I really enjoyed my stay.

Attention to detail in the hotel was fantastic. The phone calls, the presents left in the room, the care about the whole experience… superb overall. Breakfast was also incredible. Great selection

Room is great as usual, the hotel smells good the moment you stepped into the lobby till you reach your room. Butler service is friendly and prompt. Only gripe is that they always walk into the room with their shoes on :( Had drinks at the L12 lounge, drinks are average. Went Zuma at ground level for dinner and drinks and both were great. Their cocktails are the best! So good that we came back the next night for drinks only. Ordered their chicken wings as snacks and it was tasteless unfortunately. Would definitely come back to Zuma for more cocktails!

I booking for my family, Located middle of the city, convenience to visit anywhere, My family have revisit for many times.

Breadfast is good. Everything is good. But the house keeper suddenly go to room without notice. And we are not ready for check out at 09:30am. The house keeper put our luggage in the front door. And clean inside the room. That is very disappointed.

Amazing people and services rendered, will certainly be back. The breakfast is amazing with a variety for most international travelers.

We had a positive experience while staying in St.Regis Bangkok. From the hotel staff to the clean rooms with awesome amenities. I would recommend travellers to stay in this hotel. Thanks to all the staff. Thumbs up!

Service: Butler service is great, very friendly staff, can order complimentary coffee or tea in room anytime, fruits available in the room, valet parking is also complimentary. Complimentary champagne sabrage at 6pm. Breakfast: 3 cook to order station , sumptuous choices on salad, bakery, juices and yoghurt. Amenities: Clinique by La prairie in room Plenty of bottled drinking water Swimming pool is as expected in a 5 star hotel Special: Cake and flower on bed for our anniversary trip, with a towel elephant on the side Great experience to stay in this hotel , highly recommended.
