Great staff, good location, clean rooms and nice style but needs a little refurbished paint and ac unit needs to be upgraded with a new one but other then that I had a comfortable stay here

酒店整體環境和服務都還不錯！但是，衞生間裏的洗手液、洗髮水、沐浴露都是過期產品，而且過期兩年多將近三年的時間，是故意的嗎？欺負中國遊客看不懂英文！雖然我出門都自帶洗髮水和沐浴露，但是看到這過期將近三年的洗漱用品還是非常生氣，過期一兩個月還能理解成工作疏忽，過期兩三年要怎麼理解。還有臉立個小牌子告知遊客如果想帶走洗漱用品要付多少錢，誰缺你家那幾瓶五年陳釀般的洗髮水和沐浴露！

Onnut is such a good and vibrant area that you can actually see more locals than tourists. I happened to be here for business trip and after researching, this hotel stood out the most to me because they have a quite well equipped gym. The price is affordable too compared to the surrounding hotels. Do make sure you ask for quiet rooms, I asked for it have a good sleep and rest for 12 nights. The bed is so big and comfortable, other perks are big fridge, big tv with access to YouTube and Netflix, water pressure is also good. Lawson convenient store is just next door. The staffs are really friendly and helpful too. Only if you travel a lot with BTS then you need to walk a bit around 10 mins to arrive at the hotel.

Had a great time as usual here! Some of the paint and surfaces are a bit stained and could use some renovation but the staff are super amazing and so kind. The location is perfect and so cozy. They have a gorgeous pool upstairs and a really nice gym as well. The breakfast is great as well. Can’t recommend enough.

We had an excellent stay. The rooms were spacious and tidy with free WiFi throughout the property. The breakfast buffet was also great with a relatively wide selection of dishes and cuisines. The hotel is also located very close to a shopping mall and BTS station. Hotel staff were helpful and accommodated our requests.

I stopped 1 night before heading to Europe, they gave me king size bed but I found 2 pillows cover didn’t change, luckily another 2 pillows are clean. I am not sure if guest stay just 1 night, house keeper will change all linen? However I believe this is hotel can be improve, Hope better hygiene I will get next stay. I will still returning back because of service and location, good size room with balcony.

I have stayed in several UHG Quarter properties, but this particular stay was not as impressive as previous ones. The hotel is clean and conveniently located near Lawsons, Casa Lapin, and several restaurants across the street. However, there are a few shortcomings. Firstly, the parking directions are confusing. To reach the hotel lobby, you need to enter a small soi, which can be dangerous if driving from the opposite direction. Secondly, no welcome gift is offered. Lastly, the staff requires a 1,000 baht cash deposit, which is unusual as most hotels accept credit cards for deposits. Overall, while it may not be the best, the stay is just alright and reasonably priced.

入住的時候下雨，大堂還主動給了傘外出，感覺很好，回程的時候再放到一樓就好，可以叫外賣，也會放在前台。
