Customers arriving by taxi can have the taxi drop them off at the alley entrance on the Phetchaburi Road side as usual. Staff will be available to assist with carrying luggage to The Residence Hotel.

I saw a lot of negative reviews on Google and other sites, but I didn't think that was the case. The room was very clean and the location was great. Please note that you have to leave a 1000 baht deposit upon check-in. I found this system inconvenient. There is also a washing machine nearby.
