this hotel needs renovation..noisy air conditioning.. patched up bathroom.. dirty furniture.. very clean bedding and sheets Check the mini bar drinks in your room.. there are billing errors

A decent, safe and homely old hotel in silom/Patpong that is clean. Basic amenities are also provided - a functional easy to use safe box, kettle, complete mini bar etc. The breakfast only limited choice of a la carte for the main dish ( Thai/Western), though a mini buffet spread of bread /salad/ cereal/ coffea/tea/milk/juice is also provided.

Its located near to the patpong night market and accesible via mrt or bts

Very convenient location for Silom at an affordable price. Room was ready at 3pm when we arrived. Comfortable bed with invitingly clean sheets which is what you want. It’s an old hotel with old-school room keys, no pool, and no bathroom amenities like toothbrushes so manage your expectations for the price. Staff were friendly. If the price works for the location then it’s a great option.

NEVER AGAIN. I have been a loyal customer, coming to this hotel for over 10 years, so at Christmas - on Xmas day - I expected that they might show some festive goodwill? Not a chance, this despite having decorations everywhere, (giant gold balloons proclaiming 'Merry Xmas' and a festooned Christmas tree with 'presents' underneath. I never ask for an upgrade but as a customer, of 10 years standing, I thought l'd try. The member of staff on reception said he'd try to upgrade me and then gave me an almost identical room to the one l'd already booked and paid for! Anyway, next morning, I told the breakfast staff that we are vegetarians - and ordered an omelette - she then asked me if I wanted ham in it!! This is 2023, please! Later, I asked a member of staff if they are doing ANYTHING at all for the guests on Christmas Day (otherwise what's the point of all the decorations?) He said no, but told me (without irony) that the staff are having a party (!) for staff (!!) only (!!!) I said, why not offer the guests - especially the loyal guests - a single complimentary drink? He replied, we can't do that, but you can get one (if you pay) at the bar. Look, l'm not asking for much, just treat your loyal customers with a bit of respect or they will go elsewhere - as I now will. EPIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL.
