This hotel room No302 had TV broken sothat I could not watch TV for the stay, it was terrible experience and scary, for the room was dark,too, and not accommodating front desk female staff, do not recommend to stay at this hotel, too terrible

We was upgraded to superior room, the ac is good condition ,due to many time, it was very loud and not working properly , if someone is looking for a budgeted residence within 5 minutes walk from bts

the great environment, cleanliness, attentive service, convenient location, many dilicious food options around. its only 700m from ratchayothin bts station 🚉 near.. major, central lat phrao and chatuchak weekend market

This hotel is a reasonably acceptable option for budget-conscious travelers, though it comes with some limitations. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, but do keep in mind that the check-in and check-out procedures are strictly enforced, so plan accordingly. Additionally, I thought the staff at the front desk could be friendlier. They need to improve in the manner the complementary bottled water is distributed.Here's the situation: if you leave your room key for cleaning, the staff will automatically replenish your bottled water. However, if you choose not to have your room cleaned, you must request the water yourself, which can be inconvenient. For example, if you're staying for a week, you'll have to make a daily trip to the front desk to ask for your complimentary bottled water, which is not an ideal practice. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located about 10-minute walk from the BTS Ratchayothin station.

The hotel is nice, the neighbourhood around the hostel so peaceful and very welcoming as well

The staff are kind and polite. The room is very clean and you can sleep comfortably but the hot water for showering didn't work when I wanted to shower with it.

Staff are friendly and helpful, although some with English so limited that I needed to use translation apps to communicate.
