One of the best hotels we have ever been to! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and tidy and the location is very convenient, right next to the BTS. Overall, one of the best experience!!!

Very good and nice hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can leave your luggage at the hotel, and they will keep it in a locked room. You’ll given a coupon to claim your baggage later. Snacks, cold chrysanthemum tea and hot coffee machine provided at the lobby 24/7 ❤️ The room veryyy spacious, clean and neat. Fit 4pax, 3 large luggage, 4 cabin luggage. 4 towels provided in the bathroom. Veryy nice, big and clean bathroom. Hanger provided 4pcs in each wardrobe. Got 4 bottles of Singha drinking water in the fridge! Air conditioner function really well. Cute coffee cafe located 3mins walking distance from the hotel. 5mins walking distance to self service laundry and massage spa. 7mins walking distance to 7E and big road and the century plaza. Near to BTS victory monument too. The hotel looks the same as the photos shown by Trip.com ❤️❤️ would definitely stay here again in the future

The room is large, clean and comfortable. The location is near Victory Monument and quiet to stay.

This is my fourth trip to Bangkok this year, and I would say Fyn Hotel is definitely a great budget hotel to stay in. There’s no traffic jam in that area compared to Pratunam. It’s a bit of a walk to the train station, but still acceptable. You can also easily book a Grab from this hotel. The hotel staff are super friendly, and the lobby offers some drinks and desserts for you to grab and go. I’ll definitely recommend staying here and would love to return next time.

Clean and tidy room with the very good service mind staffs. Located at the heart of bangkok really easy to go around BKK. they don't provide some amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste though.

Hotel is clean and service is good. Hotel’s location maybe quite confusing for anyone’s first time there. However, they do provide a simple map explanation to get to BTS easily when asked

Great location! Near to Victory Monument. The shopping mall Center One is next to it. Many shops nearby. Thought the hotel don't serve breakfast, they provide refreshments eg beverage and cakes at the lobby.

It’s in a small valley, about 6 minutes walk to the BTS station. Room is clean, and very quiet at night.

Great location with warm reception and smiley faces and very good manner over all. Clean daily can get rooms supplies on desk for additional demands. Conveniently 100 M to Victoria Monument BTS which easily connected to many central shopping malls and tourist destinations and this line can connect to two major Bangkok airport as well!

Average is nice but some hotel room & toilet air ventilation is bad bc ventilation fan broken not repair or change,aircorn a bit noisy & oldest unit. Reception service is good 👍🏻

Nice location. Very easy to get to DMK airport, easy to get taxis to go to the old city. Located in a quieter part of the city.

Great hotel in a great location right next to victory monument. There are buses that take you right up to Centralworld shopping centre and the BTS is a 5min walk away. The hotel itself is pretty much spotless - reception, lobby etc. They also came to clean my room each day I was there and did a great job. They also topped up drinking water in my room. The staff at the front desk are helpful and hospitable and helped me when I needed it.
