This hotel surprises me with:  - comfortable rooms  - close proximity to HuaiKwang station (3mins. walk)  - excellent rooftop bar  - friendly and helpful receptionist 

The hotel has an excellent location — just a short walk to the MRT station, with plenty of Chinese restaurants and local markets nearby. It’s very convenient for exploring the area and enjoying great food. A comfortable stay in a great spot!

We had requested an extra bed well in advance, reconfirmed this request on the morning of our arrival, and had already completed the payment for the extra bed before check-in. However, upon our arrival at around 4:00 PM on 10 August 2025, we encountered the following unacceptable issues: 1. Double Charging – Despite having already paid for the extra bed, the front desk staff charged us again upon check-in, indicating a serious lack of coordination between your finance and booking records. 2. Extra Bed Not Provided – After entering the room, we discovered that no extra bed had been prepared at all, despite our prior requests and payment. 3. Three Consecutive Failures – From the initial request to the payment process and final room preparation, your staff made repeated errors at every stage. Such consecutive mistakes are extremely rare in the hospitality industry and reflect a complete breakdown in your hotel’s quality management. These incidents clearly demonstrate: Housekeeping staff lacking basic responsibility and service standards. Poor handover and communication among front desk staff. Management’s failure to enforce proper supervision and operational processes. I strongly condemn ibis Styles Bangkok Ratchada for demonstrating extremely poor service quality and zero-star value, far below the standards expected of any international hotel brand. Due to this incident, I will be leaving the lowest possible reviews across multiple platforms and informing at least five other potential customers of our experience.

Good hotel, but the receptionist is not friendly. We reach the hotel at 2.30pm. but the room is not ready. The guy said wait for half an hour, which is 3pm. We waited one hour, at about 3.30pm we asked the guy again. Then he passed the key to us. We were sitting in the lobby just in front of him, but he didn't inform us when the room was ready. waste time.

The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. One thing we really appreciated was how roomy the space was; we were able to leave our luggage open without it feeling cramped, which made unpacking and accessing our things much easier. We also requested rooms on the same level, and the staff kindly arranged for us to have rooms close to one another. The location is another major plus as the MRT station is right beside the hotel, making it super convenient to get around the city. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended! (PS photos taken were at last day hence a little messy)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely ibis lifestyle hotel located on Ratchadapisek Road, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! Firstly, the location is fantastic. It's conveniently situated with easy access to public transportation and a variety of local dining and shopping options. Whether you're looking to explore the vibrant nightlife or just want to experience the local culture, this area has it all. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the bed. It was incredibly comfy, providing the perfect restful nights after a day of exploring. The bedding was soft, and the pillows were just right—definitely a place to recharge and relax. Aside from the comfort, the hotel staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs or recommendations. The amenities were also impressive, offering free Wi-Fi and a clean gym. Overall, my experience at this hotel was delightful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay in the Huaykwang area. I can’t wait to return!

Stayed for a 3-day business trip. Check-in was smooth, Wi-Fi was strong, and the room had everything I needed to work comfortably. The location made it easy to get around, and the staff were always helpful. Excellent service overall.

All good, only complaint for me is my room is road facing , can hear traffic noise at night.

Convenient location. Easily accessible to MRT. The buffet lunch and dinner is value for money

It's also close to the night market and the station ,and the breakfast buffet is very complete and delicious.
