We had a great time at the hotel. The breakfast was amazing and the service at the hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend the hotel if you are staying in Bangkok.

The location is very good, and it is convenient to go to BTS station and Terminal 21. The living room is comfortable and the air conditioning is sufficient. The staff are very polite and helpful。

One of the best i've stayed so far. I've been staying in different hotels within Sukhumvit and by far, my fav. Apart from the loud slam of door from staff lift as early as 7am, it would had been a perfect stay.

We had a pleasant and smooth 5 night stay. The location was very convenient with a backdoor exit that led us to ＞5 min walk to bts asok station and t21 mall. Room was spacious, clean with friendly staff ready to help when requested. Nice pool available although we did not use it.

Clean & Spacious room! Convenient location near BTS & MRT. With 7-11 and 24 hours Tops supermarket nearby, less than 8 mins walk.

The concierge & front staff was very helpful at all times. They had made several recommendations of places of interest. Free tutuk ride to Terminal 21.

The entrance pick up and drop off is safe and shelter is which is very good. Lobby’s is very spacious with comfortable sofa. But the spacious bedroom has no coffee table, chairs and tissue paper. The toilet trash bin has cover which is unhygienic .

Four Points by Sheraton is a clean hotel, well located in Sukhumvit area. It is near to Asok BTS and Terminal 21 shopping mall. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is sufficiently big for 2 person and has basic amenities for a comfortable stay. Will recommend to stay again.

Excellent location. Closw to BTS and underground. A lot kf pibs and rwstaurants around. Staff were very helpful. Excellent service. The breakfast was good.

Overall is ok, except that the room is gloomy, water supply for shower is weak and shower head/pipe is fixed to wall and unadjustable.
