位置很好，出來就是地鐵站，離朱拉隆功美食街很近，去暹羅百麗宮也近，房間其他都是中規中矩，服務也還可以，樓頂視野很好泳池很不錯，人少全程衹有我一個人游泳

Awesome location right in the heart of Bangkok, walking distance to Siam and MBK Shopping Malls and just steps away from National Stadium Metro that connects easily to other attractions and entertainment areas and Malls like Icon Siam and Asiatique.
Ordered room service late one night and food was fabulous and didn’t disappoint us at all. Staff were very friendly and always willing to provide assistance. Will definitely go back to stay there when visiting Bangkok in future.

The hotel did a bit of touch up to the room with new carpet which was nice and made the room looked elegant and comfortable. I returned every month and the F&B team has been superb.

Awesome experience at Mercure Bangkok Siam! They even celebrated my friend's birthday by gifting a cake. Rooms are big and clean. Hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance to big shopping malls. Bellman Dej was very polite and helpful in carrying our luggage to our car - please give him a pay raise. We will be back again!

Hotel is just beside BTS national stadium. Room are clean n of a good size. Pillow to soft. We did not see the small note stating that there are free complimentary water in the frideg until the last day. Just abit troublesome need to take 2 lift, ground floor to level 9 then level 9 to your room level. Walkable to siam shopping area. Left side of the hotel got 2 shops that can have breakfast. Right side walk a short distance got mc donal and lek massage which is good.

Well located and Excellent Stay at Mercure Bangkok Siam.
I had a fantastic stay at Mercure Bangkok Siam. The location is unbeatable — right next to the National Stadium BTS station and within walking distance to major shopping malls like MBK, Siam Paragon, and Siam Center. It made getting around the city so convenient.
The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and great city views. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water, a safe, and reliable Wi-Fi. Housekeeping was prompt and consistent throughout my stay.
Staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist — from the front desk to the concierge team. They made check-in and check-out seamless. The service was truly excellent. All the staff were professional and friendly, especially the bellboy, who was very helpful and always welcoming with a smile. He assisted with our luggage.
The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering a peaceful escape with an incredible view over the city. The fitness centre was also well-equipped and clean.
Overall, Mercure Bangkok Siam offers great value, excellent service, and a perfect location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to both first-time visitors and returning travellers to Bangkok.

Stayed here multiple times due to strategic location. Room is large for 2 persons. Hotel provides the necessary toiletries. Check in staff were polite and helpful. However the housekeeping failed to replenish water, coffee and vanity set. 2nd day, housekeeping failed to replenish the toilet paper. Disappointing housekeeping service despite taking the tip I had left in the room for the housekeeping staff.
