Reserved for 2-3 weeks, but like the hotel is not prepared in the room. Got an old room, it's a little unclean.

The hotel is a four star hotel with nice rooms and well kept. There is maintanence program currently in progess with but was of minimum discomfort to the guess.Breaksat is very good and the food is always replaced so no need to rush early in fear of not getting any food. The staff are all friendly from the Reception to the house cleaners.Good sized pool but the one complaint is the gym is in need to repairs.Most machines are damaged and the room is dark and dingy with most lights not working. There are many food outlets and a big department store not far from the hotel with restaurants. Restaurants near hotel all menus in Thai. The hotel is far from the city center byt there is a metro yellow line whch is new.

I’ve stayed here previously and I like the convenient location to shopping mall. But this time when we arrived, there was no one at the counter (waited for more than 5 mins). The next day, there was no one providing service at the breakfast (needed to wait for few minutes). Will consider to try other nearby hotel if the service is not improving.

1) staff very efficient , police and helpful
2) Great area
3) The bed is very hard , they don’t have topper mattress but manage it with a blanket
4) still under rénovation , they should renovate the Fitness area .
