We spent our weekend at Pipa Hotel for our anniversary, and it was our second stay since the hotel opened in August 2025. This time, the experience was a bit mixed compared to our first visit. During our first stay, we got early check-in and a mini bar in the room. However, this time there was no welcome drink and no early check-in — probably because the hotel was fully booked the night before and the room wasn’t ready yet.
But they surprised us when we entered the room — there was a beautiful balloon decoration for our anniversary and a cake, which made our stay even more memorable.
Still, I’d definitely recommend this hotel! The concierge team provided excellent service — they were super helpful and really made our stay feel special. Their warm hospitality alone makes me want to come back again.

Had a fantastic stay at the Pipa Hotel! The property is new and everything is incredibly clean and well maintained. The staff were absolutely wonderful very kind and always ready to help. They assisted with all of our luggage upon arrival and were consistently friendly and professional throughout our stay.
The hotel offers great amenities, including a gym, a lovely pool area, and an on-site restaurant. The buffet-style breakfast had plenty of fresh options and was a great way to start the day. One of the unexpected highlights was the free burger hour every day from 4–5 PM.
Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. Great value, great service, and a really comfortable experience overall.

Pipa has 5 Star quality staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The property has undergone an extensive remodel and while the rooms are not large they are comfortable and pretty. Highly recommended.

Hotel location is a few meters walk to NANA bts. Staff is friendly and helpful, check-in and check-out process is efficient. Room is clean and furnishing is new, Basic amenities is good, TV, AC, Fridge. Hotel Breakfast there is definitely room for improvement. limited choices of food. 7-11 is within walking distance. Starbucks is just downstairs at next hotel lobby.

Acutely they don’t have rooms, so they send us to nearby hotel. (Aria hotel) Both hotels are old buildings was under name of grand president hotel but they renovated and named each building in other name, whatever our staying was good just windows can’t open so I don’t know how they do ventilation for such us big building

This is my most favourite hotel in Bangkok. Location is excellent as it is closed to BTS station. Also, it is newly renovated. All the furniture and fixture are new. Breakfast can have room for improvement because the food is not hot enough. In general, thumb up.

Really nice hotel in good location, near Nana bts.
Our room was a twin with a nice bathroom. Everything was cleaned well.
There was a lovely poolarea on the fifth floor with sunbeds and umbrellas. They even served free unlimited burgers between 4-5pm.
The entire staff was kindly and helpful.
