New, clean, quite, has a car park, Good for price with this quality. However, hotel does not have iron. You will need to bring it if you plan to use it.

Hotel Review I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall, it was a great experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The lobby was well-maintained and had a cozy ambiance, setting a positive tone for my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the decor was modern yet inviting. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the window, making my mornings even more enjoyable. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. The hotel’s facilities were also impressive. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. Additionally, the fitness center and swimming pool were well-kept, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a long day. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is a great choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely consider returning in the future!

Pleasant and cozy place It's not that close to the highway

-We were happy with the room and our stay. -PM Receptionist could do better by greeting customers with smiles instead of keeping numb face and low tone when communicating with guests. - 10/10 for house keeping staff, very helpful.

Facilities: The location is not good. You have to walk 2 kilometers to get to the subway and skytrain station. It is not suitable to take public transportation with children. You can take Grab. Hygiene: Domestic express hotel standards, no slippers and toothbrushes are provided. The room needs to be cleaned on demand. If you forget to press the cleaning switch or do not press it, the room will not be cleaned actively. Environment: The surrounding environment is average. There is one around 711. Breakfast is priced at 150🐷 separately. It feels average and I didn’t taste it. Basic hamburgers + hot drinks. The terrible thing is that the sound insulation is very poor in the middle of the night, the noise is too loud, and there is often noise after 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. Don’t try it if you don’t sleep well. It has been pitted for you. There will be noise basically every day. Service: The hotel policy is not good. The hotel was booked for 4 nights and has checked in for 1 night. It feels bad. I plan to change the hotel on the second night. As a result, the hotel did not refund the remaining 3 nights. If you do not check in as planned, it is understandable to deduct the first night’s fee. I have already checked in and the plan has changed. I have never encountered it before. We negotiated to stay for 3 nights, and stayed in a hotel closer to the airport on the last night to catch an early flight, but still could not get a refund. It felt like a scam. Ctrip customer service also intervened, but it didn't work. I would like to advise families who plan to stay at this hotel, if you really have no other choice or just want to come here to try the scam, you must book 1 night first, and then stay longer if it's good. I say it three times because it's important. Everyone has different opinions on hotels. If you have to come here to try the scam, you must listen to advice about booking.

The room is nice and new, and the check-in process is fast. It's pretty good. It's just in a narrow street, so it may be difficult for unfamiliar people to find it, but the overall hardware facilities of the room are good.
