Great and cool place. But to be honest the entrance is through car parking and reception is under the stairs but tiny lobby otherwise perfect place.🙏😇💚✅

I checked in at the front desk, which was very small and only took two people to stand. I went into the elevator, which was dark and had no lights on. I went to the second floor and the air conditioner in the corridor was not on. I went into the room and found that the coffee table in the living room was dirty, the kitchen countertop was dirty, the hard furnishings were cracked, the soft furnishings were glued, the bathtub was dirty, the towels were yellow with honey and **** spots, and there were unknown hairs on the bed. If you want to have sex, go stay at his house.

Room: I booked a one-bedroom with a large bed, a living room and a kitchen. The pillows were very high and very comfortable. The kitchen had a refrigerator, induction cooker and tableware, and the bathroom was very spacious. There is also a small balcony. There are windows. The hotel has just opened, it's very new, it doesn't smell bad, the air conditioning is powerful, and it doesn't sound too loud. It's a pity that I forgot to take pictures, they are similar to the pictures given by the hotel. Service: Brother Subin at the front desk was very helpful. We went to the Sports Hall to watch a coldplay concert. He also helped us negotiate the price with taxis. Because the price was too expensive, he also used Bolt to call a motorcycle for us, which was very heartwarming☺️ Transportation: It takes about 15 minutes to walk from BTS. You can massage during the day🛵 and you can walk at night, it’s not too hot Surroundings: There is a 7-11 across the road, and there are many massage parlors and restaurants within 500 meters.

The description of the hotel is not true. He's not 2023. The rooms are shabby and meager for the price. Worst price-quality ratio. We often visit Bangkok and there are a huge number of hotels of better quality at much lower prices. I highly recommend it. I was especially amused by the reception desk, which is under the stairs, like in Harry Potter.

I came to a new hotel. The room is nice, but there are no windows. The bathroom is quite big and the decoration is relatively bright. There is a 711 and restaurant downstairs. The swimming pool on the rooftop is relatively small. The only downside is that the air conditioner is noisy.

Our stay at Alberti Bangkok was simply amazing! From the warm welcome to the spotless, high-end apartments, everything was top-notch. Having a bathtub in our room was such a treat—nothing like a relaxing soak after a day exploring the city. But the real highlight? Breakfast on the rooftop with the sun shining over the pool—absolutely insane! Plus, the location is perfect: just about 20 minutes from everything by Grab or metro, with must-visit spots like Chatuchak Market and Chinatown nearby. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I absolutely loved my stay at The Alberti. The atmosphere is both chic and relaxing, with a sleek black-and-white decor that adds a touch of elegance. The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure you have the best experience. The rooftop pool is spectacular, offering breathtaking views of Bangkok’s skyline, a perfect place to relax. The wellness area (sauna, hammam) and gym are also great additions. The hotel is ideally located, close to the metro and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, elegance, and top-notch service, this is the one. Highly recommended!

Only stayed here for 2 days but we really enjoyed the nice apartment, the pool we had for ourselves every time we have been there, the extremely friendly staff, from the receptionist to the cleaning ladies❤️ definitely recommend this place

it could be a five star but i give one...i've been here just one night....nice new and clean hotel in a good position near Sukhumvit Road...room was big and clean with an amazing bathroom with bathtube and shower separeted....but....there is a big but....i paid for a room with breakfast and breakfast was from 6 am to 10 am...i woke up early in the morning because i had a flight at 9 am so i thought to have breakfast at 6am and then i'd go to the airport...but the brekfast restaurant was closed with the lights off....i went downstairs at the reception for complaining about it but the reception was closed until 8 am and there was only a thai keeper that did not speak english...so i had to use google translate to communicate with him...he phoned to his boss and he told me that they were sorry but breakfast would have start at 7 am... so i went to the airport without having my paid breakfast...very bad behaviour by an almost 5 star hotel

Staying at the Alberti was truly a nightmare to me... It was only one night I had booking with this hotel. I was landing late and by the time I arrived the hotel it was already 8:00pm+… after checking in, I went up to my room. I was so shocking as the room they put me in was basically a room covered with walls everywhere, though it stated that it has windows inside the room, but when you open the window, you can simply touch the wall of the other building, the distance between the two buildings were literally few inches away… I was so shocked and the problem is - I am claustrophobic, feeling panic in such a closed space. I immediately ran down and reached out to the reception - his name was Subin / Sabin, I told him about my claustrophobic condition and couldn’t be able to stay in such a room. He replied to me that they were fully booked for my room type, and not able to change the room for me, but they did have a 2 bedroom type, asked me to pay extra in order for an upgrade… I told him that by the time I placed my order to book the room with Agoda, it did Not state clearly that it was a blocked room like this (honestly I also think Agoda was also posted misleading information in this case). It doesn’t matter whether it’s buildings view or even not a good view, I don’t mind at all, but this is a room with windows blocking with walls and you can literally touch the wall of the other building when you open the windows just a few inches away… I told Subin the reception seriously if it was stated clearly on Agoda about the room’s condition, I would definitely not to book this room. His answer to me was just sorry that he couldn’t help except if I pay to have a room upgrade. I was frustrated, and asked if he can make it as an exceptional case for me, told them that I just need to have a calm and comfortable sleep for one night, I won’t touch anything inside the other room, coz literally I was just staying in this hotel for only around 12 hours, apparently Subin did not try to do anything, he did not accept my proposal at all… knowing that he wouldn’t considerate my situation and I don’t see him like the other hospitality profession at all, I gave up and did not want to waste my energy with him anymore. I was feeling upset and tiring. I then went back to my room and try to do whatever I can do - to close all curtains and tell myself “I just stay here for a night, let’s be brave!”. Then I went outside for dinner and massage, trying to avoid staying inside the room for too long. This is just the first part of the night… I finished dinner and went back to hotel around 11:45pm, there was nobody at the reception, they even switched off the light at the reception. I went back to my room and started to unpack and get changed. All in a sudden, all lightings inside my room was gone black out!!! 😱😱😱 I was very nervous and using my iPhone lighting to move around, changed back my clothes, and run immediately downstairs to look for help. Nice and comfy apartment. Bed was comfortable and big. I really appreciate access to saunas and gym. You can even swim in the rooftop pool! Good located only 15 minutes on foot to the nearest metro station.

Very comfortable bed, spacious room. You have your own kitchen. Mrt is not far from here. Rooftop lounge and pool is great place to chill on hot days. And they also have sauna! Our room had 2 TVs both with Netflix.
