The checkin experience ***** with guest experience is as luxury as it promises. Everything was taken care by Pinky during tenure of stay following with quick requests. Starting from the smooth checking in to my room till leaving the property I was mesmerized by the guest experience the hotel has. Would love to stay again

I was there in ITC Garedenia for 2 days the hospitality was on the peak the service was very prompt.........I loved the food taste quality and presentation......IRD service was also very quick....I enjoyed my all over stay it really felt like vacation....I want to thank the entire team of ITC Gardenia for making my stay special.

A wonderful hotel with amazing staff and lovely ambience. right from check-in to checkout everyone was superb, not to mention the amazing facilities. the hotel staff is an epitome of anticipatory service. 10/10 staff ,10/10 ambience, 10/10 on everything.

My stay at ITC Gardenia, Bangalore was truly unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, I was treated to impeccable service and warm hospitality. The staff were courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. What sets ITC Gardenia apart is its exceptional service. Front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were friendly, efficient, and dedicated to making my stay special. Food at the hotel's restaurants was outstanding, with a wide range of options. Will I return? Absolutely! Would I recommend? Highly!

The service was terrific in the ITC Gardenia. I would like to especially compliment your management trainee Nikita in the Lotus Pavilion restaurant. Her kindness to me was above and beyond. My room was excellently maintained by Sharon and Pankaj. All staff were professional and attentive.

It was a lovely experience at ITC Gardenia. Extremely impressed with the service offered by the FNB staff. They also suggested a wine which paired perfectly well with the cuisine I had ordered and that was a great start to my experience at their FNB outets. Brilliant job by the kitchen team with the dish prepared by them. Would definitely visit again and it has an amazing ambience. Keep up the exceptional service standards.

From the moment we stepped in, ITC Gardenia felt like a dream! The warm welcome, beautiful interiors, and serene ambiance made us feel right at home. The rooms were not just luxurious, but cozy and comfortable—like a warm hug after a long day. The staff were absolute gems, always smiling and eager to help. It’s the little things that made our stay so special, from their attentiveness to the personalized service. Oh, and the food! We had an incredible dining experience at Edo Japanese Restaurant—truly a taste of Japan in the heart of Bangalore! And the Dal Bukhara from Kebab & Kurries was simply divine, rich with flavor and cooked to perfection. Overall, ITC Gardenia is a perfect blend of elegance and warmth. We didn’t just stay here; we made beautiful memories that we’ll cherish forever. Can’t wait to visit again!
