"I highly recommend booking a high floor room or suite, as the ulsoor lake is given its full justice from such a vantage point. The view and facilities are truly beautiful. The breakfast buffet is expansive and delicious, however the interior design gives off a cozy and comfortable yet chic vibe that puts you at ease contrary to the usual overstimulating and loud atmosphere of most breakfast buffet service. The one negative moment I had at check, as I had been trying to contact the property’s front desk for two days asking for a possible early check in, I even tried the their cool iPhone messaging feature, however all my messages went unanswered. When a friend of mine was finally able to reach the front desk they told her such a request was subjective to type of guest or room. This is certainly not the best phrasing. I was surprised that when I finally did arrive, and through out my stay the front desk was always manned by atleast 4 helpful attendants so I was a bit disappointed knowing my calls and messages went unnoticed. Perhaps there was a wedding requiring all hands on deck as it is the season. Anyway I would recommend the Conrad for anyone’s trip to Bangalore, family and business men alike."
