Its a great hotel, I always prefer to stay in 4Points by Sheraton if its in the area I am travelling to. FPBS at Whitefield has great staff & are very comforting, they gave us an upgrade free of cost & even provided early checkin and late check out. thanks so much for the cooperation!! 💐✅

Amazing and memorable experience. It was like staying with family- they pamper with love. When you are in Bengaluru this is the place to stay and dine. Pros Great staff with very positive attitude. Very well maintained facility. Restaurant- very good ambiance and food tastes great. The staff make each guest feel special- thanks to Manager and staff Dipali, Satya and Gaurav. They also had a nice send off cake for me and put me in tears 🥲😂 On day two I was coming down with an allergy cold. One of the receptionist Maya was very kind and had the kitchen staff prepare Kadha a spice extract that helped me feel better very soon. Thank you Maya! Anytime I called for maintenance or housekeeping the response was very prompt. The service was top of the line. The gym facility was also very good. I did not try the pool. Con I had to look really hard to find a con. The cable TV had disturbances often. It would be nice if we could use aps like YouTube and Netflix like other Marriott properties. Overall amazing experience. Would love to come back. THANK YOU!🙏🙏🙏

Great service by Dipali! Totally enjoyed my dinner! She was attentive and provided great care! I saw that she extended the same level of care and efficiency to other diners as well! This helps to reinforce the good impression of the hotel! Well done Dipali!
