Located next to a big hotel and some good restaurants. Overall ok for the price.
The staff should pay more attention to cleaning the rooms.

Hotel was very neat and clean. Location wise it was perfect as we travel-led for the treatment in manipal hospital. Stuff were good. I think if i travel next time we can consider this hotel again. Thank you make my trip for suggesting me this hotel.

Hotel Room is good staff are good technology is good Room service is good need to improve something -
1 when you are cleaning Room also need to more careful on that , just a wipe isn't enough for cleaning a room. 2 Bathroom cleaning isn't good.

I was disappointed this time with my stay at olive. Standards have drastically detoured. Mattresse was a spring one which creaked and groaned every time i moved. Housekeeping included only making of beds, empty bottles weren’t removed, no toiletries were provided, breakfast was cold the idli and poori bhaji were all cold only the dosa which was made there was warm. Teabags and all were not replenished i had to ask for them, towels were taken away but not replaced. Very disappointed
