Terrible is the only word to describe the property and the staff. My husband and I stayed at this hotel from 25 September’24 to 01 October’24, as it was close to our work. It was a nightmare. The staff are rude, can’t communicate in English or Hindi. The room service staff were worse. The rooms were dirty, bathroom even dirtier. The wc was not cleaned for ages. There was seepage and fungus on the walls, broken towel rails, torn chair, dirty linen, torn towels and the list is long. The room rate was inclusive of breakfast which was sourced by some outside vendor, hence they would serve it after 830 am, in the room. We requested the receptionist for breakfast at 8am as we had to leave early for work. We were told that he didn’t have staff to go and fetch breakfast from the vendor. So we left without breakfast on 3 occasions. On one occasion, the breakfast that was served had a cockroach in the box. I am attaching a video as proof. No regrets from the staff, as they charged us for the cockroach breakfast. We were shocked. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Hiland suites has a terrific rooms with a very nice breakfast. They have an ample of choice in their breakfast.It is very surprising for me that trend category offers a lot of dishes.The food and the service of staff was so good.
