"The location is actually not far from the main road, but because we arrived at 21.00 o'clock, the portal was closed so it passed through a dense alley of residents. The doctor in terms of hygiene is standard (the bathroom is solid and the water is sufficient, but the mattress and bed linen seemed to have not been cleaned). Cost-style child-style accommodation type. However for this price, it's not bad, if it's just a stopover. In terms of facilities, the hotel phone number listed on the application, doesn't work."

Very Good
KKibiwottLocation is great, near the Bandung Train Station and Paskal 23 Mall, which has a supermarket, lots of eateries, and stores. You can easily book Grab as well. Security is very good and the hotel is safe. Service from every single staff member is so pleasant, warm, friendly, and awesome. The concierge is ever helpful as well. The staff also reached out on our 2nd day to check that we were happy with everything and whether we have any requests.
Room service is very efficient, and they are attentive to our setup for the 6 nights we stayed. Only that toilet can be a little bit cleaner. 😅
We would definitely love to stay at Hilton Bandung again!

NNurul SMAI recently stayed at Braga Hotel in Bandung and had a mixed experience.
Positive Aspects:
The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the city. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. A special mention goes to the jamu lady, whose homemade jamu added a unique and delightful touch to the dining experience. Additionally, the staff was very prompt in addressing in-house requests, which was appreciated.
Areas for Improvement:
Cleanliness was a major issue during my stay. There were visible moulds on the sink and toilet sealers, which was disappointing. One of the two rooms I booked had a choked toilet, which added to the inconvenience. The frosted toilet doors lacked privacy, and the unlocked doors made it worse, causing discomfort for guests.
The staff’s responsiveness to certain situations also left room for improvement. When I sought assistance in booking Woosh, the staff simply replied that they were unable to help, without offering any alternative solutions. A more proactive approach in such situations would have been appreciated.
While the hotel does have its merits, addressing these concerns could significantly enhance the guest experience.

GGuest UserOn arrival, while checked in, it was very smokey. I went to Magenta resto, about 200 meters from the lobby, however, the smokey was even worse. After I got my room key, I went upstairs to the floor of my room. To my surprise, the smokey was also there. I came into my room with hair and clothes smelt very smokey. I did not went out because I worried the smokey was everywhere, even in the pool. Won't stay here again.

FFrench TravellerWe booked the hotel without having high expectations and we were extremely well surprised. The location is very good of course. The staff very professional and welcoming. And I think the biggest surprise was the facilities for the kids: all what kids can dream of in a such condensed place: pool, slides, sandboxes, kids club and even a mini zoo. Most of the activities are free of charge and other are at a very reasonable price just to support the staff I think.
Also, we made very nice friends there as many conferences and events are run.
It is a very convenient place to have a break inside the city especially for families with young kids.

the connection on off and really not as 4 star hotel.
And the parking lot, its not easy to go in and out and its space only limited especially for high season, when you are in, and u wont go out as no parking space left haha..
Overall its good hotel for staycation.

AAnonymous UserThe room is spacious enough for two people, but if you have young children, it might be necessary to book a larger one. Everything was perfect during my stay here, except for breakfast. My family was dissatisfied with it because it's unpalatable. I am hoping that the chef/cook can improve their cooking skills as some of the food tends to be salty and blendy. A week prior to checking in, we requested connecting rooms, but unfortunately they did not comply. That's not a big deal.

My stay at was decent, though there were a few areas for improvement. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to public transport and local attractions, which made exploring the area easy. However, the surroundings were a bit noisy, and I could hear traffic from my room at night.
