The stay was amazing. The staff was really nice and the room and pool are clean. The only(!) negative thing were the loud streets. At the pool you listened to 3 different music but you could hear them in the room.

Comfy bed and great black out curtains good shower, air con turns off during the day. Nice roof top pool with comfy sun beds. Breakfast a little disappointing if you don’t go down straight away most stuff will of run out and it gets replenished very slowly. Good location

Room airconditioning always have water condensation and too cold. Water closet has no hand bidet for washing. The built in bidet not working good. House keeping excellent service and done up the room fast and attend to our needs. The hotel design and view is nice.

The staff is incredibly polite and kind, making you feel comfortable right away. You don’t need to worry about anything during your stay. Plus, they offer on-site motorbike rental services, which makes getting around much easier.

Cocrosh everywhere, ther floors near pools alot of noice, Brackfast checked in first day hahaha No hanging protocol not recommended Smelly milk ,no fresh foods dew no AC in the lobby 7 am to 10 emagine that s the time . Room is Okey fine . Need more improvement.

Thé hôtel is well situated, but they need to improve they service! When asked thé service desk for razors, they asked to to go outsider and get them in thé opposite stores!!! The hôtels of this Caliber should provide thé basic amenities....

You can tell that this hotel prides themselves on presentation and service, with everything being immaculately clean, and all staff members were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was good. I am vegetarian and had no trouble finding food, my partner eats meat and he was also satisfied. This hotel is in a central location with plenty of convenience stores nearby. Pool was very relaxing and at a perfect temperature.

Room comfortable and clean. Shower was great. Staff friendly and welcoming. The pool area a little bit dated but still nice and relaxing. Overall the experience was great as located to all the best spots around legian and central to shopping and restaurants

A bit disappointed about this hotel which not realistic as per other traveler review. Firstly, the room water is too low, take shower and use wash basin is very frustrated. Secondly, there is ant here & there in the room and the table is very sticky, didn't clean & wipe. Lastly, the breakfast is not worth the money which limited choice and every day almost repeated the same.
