Warm service from the staff and overall the hygiene is good. Just the hotel rooms look a bit dated. Massage is spectacular.

Overall experience with Sheraton Bali is good.

Absolutely love the hotel. We arrived early and was informed that the room can only be ready by 12. We walked around and came back as It's just beside beachwalk mall and u can go through the connector from the hotel. Checked in the room and they made it ready, Aircon was turned on, luggage was already up and the baby cot is also ready. The staffs are so friendly, always seeing them smile and greeting us everytime we pass by. Also, location is opposite the beach and you can walk through poppies lane, which is also beside the hotel. Will definitely come again.

The super friendly staff made the stay delightful and enjoyable. The facilities of the hotel left very much to be desired. The room was pleasant but dated. The hotel was under renovation though thankfully we didn’t hear any noise - most likely because it was a whole week of holiday for the locals. The pool was small. The BBQ dinner we had was overpriced for the food they were serving. But as I mentioned, the friendly staff made up for the imperfections.

Resort was quite big and located nicely at kuta beach. Staff was supportive and rooms were clean. Breakfast options were limited, we had to order one day in advance for some specific request which is not that convinient..

This was my first time staying at this location of the Sheraton. Every single minute of our stay was absolutely incredible. Anggi checked us in and was so friendly and hospitable, she really has a very warm presence and is in the best position in front of house greeting new guests. Our room was not ready, and when it was, Anggi promptly contacted me on WhatsApp, and when we got to the room, our luggage was already in there, which was very convenient. The breakfast service is impeccable. The staff always greet you by name and and are very helpful in getting your coffee and food orders. We enjoyed sundowners at the rooftop bar as well as the happy hour in the pool. Service was always great. Everything was always fresh, well-made and delicious. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall which is so convenient and also is directly across from the Kuta beach. This road does get insanely busy and traffic is an issue, however, this hotel and staff hospitality more than makes up for it. Highly recommend this hotel. When I go back to Kuta, I will definitely stay here again. 

Splendid service provided by the Sheraton Bali Kali. However, the water pressure for the showering was not strong enough. It also took some time for the water to stop leaking after it is turned off.

It’s our wedding anniversary. I’m over whelm by their service. I’m not being over . But it’s a perfect service. Every single day they make our day. The deco on bed. And last day of our stay there’s a firework!

Great location, right next to kuta beachwalk. Nice view from the balcony. Recommended if you want to stay in kuta area. Maybe can put a few fan in the lobby and reception area, too hot there 😁

Disappointed with such a big name which I usually stayed in. 1. Renovation starts early till night 2. Bathtub took very long to drain off (clog) & quite dirty. Informed the guest services on the night i checked in, informed that I will be out the whole day next morning, they can just enter to fix it but they left a note saying I am not in so they "respected my privacy" hence did not enter to check 3. Yes ocean view but partially blocked and i cant see the ocean from the bed. 4. Location is wonderful but direct connect to mall to limited time, come back late gotta climb a little up. 5. Breakfast is not bad, quite a good selection though not much. But very sufficient. I choose this hotel & paid fr this room type for the ocean view + bathtub yet both disappoint. There are better hotels around that's cheaper & more worth.
