Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach Reviews

We are very enjoyed stay at Nikko Benoa, friendly staff, room clean and cool, good food. Family friendly. Will be back to stay at this hotel when go to Bali. Very satisfied. Good job Bali Nikko Benoa.

Their reservation team was not great, not friendly nor polite. The room is super basic and also dirty; for this price, it not worth it.

Hotel yg nyaman

I booked a room through trip.com but trip did not know the Nikko pool was closed for renovations for 3 months. This information was mentioned on the Nikko Hotel website so Trip should have reported on this issue when I reserved the room. As the main feature is the pool it was very disappointing it was closed. The hotel is very dated and the facilities are old. However the room was in excellent condition and the service and location were good.

Smooth check in Swimming pool finished just 4 days before we arrived. So it’s a big win for us

The hotel is still phenomenal, great Japanese hospitality, equipment. The design is timeless even though it can be a bit dated. Overall very pleasant and enjoyable vacation.

The hotel is rated 5 stars but when checking in there were only 2 bottles of water, no comb, no razor, old room with lots of mosquitoes. Not worth the money.

Here for our honeymoon and was surprised to be given room upgrade to Rooftop suite! It was amazingly big and comfortable. The balcony was super huge and comes with a bathtub and a big space to chillax. Manage to catch sunrise in this suite as well. Service staff were very friendly. Just a little bit of hiccup with the Netflix access, it was handled by the technician , however later on it was not able to access again. So we gave up. Other than that, it was still an amazing first time Bali Experience for me.

When we book the hotel, we didn’t know swimming pool is not working. We were there for 3 days without swimming pool

The property is showing its age need renovation. Staff is excellent and breakfast was very good. Nice swimming pool, rooms are average but old doesn’t give you the feeling of modern.

Such cool swimming pool) we enjoyed it. Green territory and friendly staff.
