Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach Reviews

Their reservation team was not great, not friendly nor polite. The room is super basic and also dirty; for this price, it not worth it.

The hotel location is great but is old hotel. worth for money.

The hotel is rated 5 stars but when checking in there were only 2 bottles of water, no comb, no razor, old room with lots of mosquitoes. Not worth the money.

Here for our honeymoon and was surprised to be given room upgrade to Rooftop suite! It was amazingly big and comfortable. The balcony was super huge and comes with a bathtub and a big space to chillax. Manage to catch sunrise in this suite as well. Service staff were very friendly. Just a little bit of hiccup with the Netflix access, it was handled by the technician , however later on it was not able to access again. So we gave up. Other than that, it was still an amazing first time Bali Experience for me.

Average stay at Hotel, this hotel is showing its age and need renovation, staff is excellent and pool is nice.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well managed. The only thing I don't like is the quality of the breakfast buffet. It is not bad but not tasty or wonderful or of high quality.

this is a really old hotel. a lot of facilities need to be replaced or repaired. I feel a little horrible when I am ready to go to sleep. but the location is so good. brilliant and amazing. so beatiful beach and swimming poor. It deserve it's price. most of staff is good server. but when I check in. a woman maybe aged 30s don't know how to smile.like a frozen robot. I don't like her. don't go to the Japanese restaurant of the hotel. I can accept it's expensive price. but I can't endure the cold face of the waiter. I remember he is the tallest person of the waiters.but he seemed so boring to serve my table. I don't want to give him tips.but they add it in the bill.10% tips.I really hate that waiter.his work can't deserve the tips.

The hotel was really good, staff lovely and helpful.kids club ok with activities. Rooms a bit dated but clean and quiet Good choice of food and excellent restaurants on sites.. spa massage was great..lovely pool area overlooking beach with beach activities nearby if wanted .pool restaurant was good for lunches as well .. reasonable price for us witn 2 rooms.

Room floor was real dirty coz my feet turned black walking barefoit. After I called to complain they did a goid job cleaning. Teppanyaki was pretty good. Italian restaurant had horrible salome carpaccio. Beach has strong waves but by evening its calm but low tide so u can only walk on the sand. No corals, more seaweed. Pool was nice.

We had such an amazing stay with Hitel Nikko it has been a must see for a couple go years now the family room was great Beds cosy bathrooms beautiful Lived how the usb port was available in wall too for travellers made life easier The pool bar and pool was amazing 🤩 Loved the view of the beach and how relaxing and well kept the grounds were Thanks so much for a great stay
