resort looked empty but they give us a villa quite right inside. breakfast was good. villa looked a bit run down. air con was only 1 area so it was very hot so had to request a fan but they were unhappy and didn't want to give but after much persuasion they brought from another room which says that it was hot, lot of mosquitoes and lizards. TV was placed in an awkward location that it was blocked by our bed which was so difficult to watch. not much channels so i guess that they need to upgrade

Resort was perfect. Really was. Beautiful pools, forest, rooms, massage was good and everything was romantic and suitable for couple. I wouldve stayed long if i could

We celebrated our anniversary and the hotel arrangements were well thought out, very attentive to detail. All the staff are helpful, humble and polite. We strongly recommend this hotel.

The stuff was nice. But the wall was too thin and I could hear the talk in the next villa clearly until the midnight. I will not come back this hotel

The hotel has a great view, very large rooms, a swimming pool, a small courtyard, and very good service. However, the water from the tap has a lot of black particles.

It is a good place to relax while staying at the resort. The staff's active response and service are impressive. However, it is far from the main street of Ubud, and the water condition is not good. There are not many guests, so it is not crowded and you can stay quietly.

The hotel environment is quite good and quite large, with its own spa, restaurant, and outdoor swimming pool. It is suitable for vacation and is also good for bringing parents. It is a little far from the center of Ubud, but it is still convenient for us to ride a motorcycle. Although the room is written as more than 200 square meters, it is not that big in reality, and the swimming pool is relatively small. The breakfast is good and is ordered.

The hotel is located on the street of Ubud. From the intersection to the hotel, it feels like entering two worlds. The environment of the hotel is like a tropical rainforest garden. We chose a courtyard with a swimming pool. It is a semi-open room. The environment is very good and the area is quite large. Except that the facilities are slightly old, there is nothing to complain about. It is also quite quiet at night. You can fall asleep in the sound of frogs. The ecological environment is quite good. Breakfast needs to be ordered separately. It is a bit slow to serve, but the taste is okay. This hotel is still worth a visit! The staff are very enthusiastic. We arrived at the hotel at ten o'clock in the evening. The receptionist sisters helped us send our luggage to the yard, which was very considerate.

I really like the environment of the hotel and the facilities of the villa. It was a very relaxing stay.
