I had a lovely stay at this hotel in Lovina. The place is clean, the staff are friendly, and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming. One of the best parts is the location—right by the beach, which makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hotel also has a great design aesthetic, with lots of greenery and plants that give it a fresh, natural vibe. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into creating a peaceful and beautiful environment. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a beachside stay with a touch of style and warm hospitality.

What a great hotel in the heart of Lovina. The staffs were super nice and attentive. Room was sparkling clean, big and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and a lot of choices. And the beach was beautiful too.

The location was very convenient for excursions such as swimming with dolphins and waterfall trekking. The staff was always cheerful and helpful. However, I cannot give a high rating because of the condition of the rooms and private pool. Our pool was not swimmable due to the very high amount of growth in the water. The bathroom and shower were very dirty. There was only air conditioning in the bedroom, no where else, which made showering unpleasant. There was extensive water damage on the floors and walls with almost no effort at repairs. The mini-frige was outside making it very inconvenient to use. The ceiling in the bathroom leaked during rain showers which made the floor slippery and unsafe.

What can I say other than perfection from start to finish. The staff were super friendly and helpful always offering a warm hello. My room was better than I expected, serviced daily and always left smelling nice. Food and cocktails superb, the best pork dish I've ever had, compliments to chef. I never felt lonely, the restaurant manager and bar staff always up for a friendly chat and made sure the best table reserved for me. I would definitely recommend and would love to return. Thank you for a wonderful memorable stay.

It’s an average hotel tbh.room was okay and we liked the restaurant by the beach. The Bar singer sang very well and enhanced our dinning experience However, we do not recommend the dolphin service here ,the whole point visiting lovina was chasing dolphins but the captain was so unprofessional and seems like he wasn’t interested in helping us get to the dolphins location while other captains there rushed whenever they saw one ,u would think oh since the dolphin experience was bad we can atleast enjoy the snorkeling but no the snorkeling experience was so so bad too , we asked the captain to take us to other snorkeling spots since we can’t see any fish or pretty corals it was literally nothing down there and he refused and claimed that many people snorkels here😑he basically did nothing to make our experience better and Having a good captain is key to seeing the dolphin up close So if Ure just here for the beach n amenities yes but out to the sea big no no

We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded us to an ocean-view room—waking up to the sound of the waves was absolutely amazing. One of the most unforgettable moments was witnessing a sea turtle laying eggs on their beach—a truly magical experience! On top of that, their local beer was fantastic—perfect for relaxing by the sea. Everything about this place made our stay special, and we’d love to come back again!

I am very satisfied with this hotel, especially Erick (saputra) is very professional and efficient, which makes people feel like a spring breeze and warm! I like this hotel very much and will come again next time!!!

A decent stay overall. The location was convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. We arrive late due to Bali traffic, but they r still very attentive! Best choice of hotel if u r chasing dolphin in the morning!

No toothbrush given, have to be requested. Does not have shaver. Far from everywhere, will need cars to get around. Noisy restaurant due to a company event. Service staff are nice. Breakfast was alright.

Amazing place to stay for the early morning dolphin tour! You can start your tour directly from the resort beach!

Stayed in the small room first night and then went to the villa the next day. Would definitely recommend the villa it’s heaven
