Altho pricey, everything was nearly perfect. Except for housekeeping who didnt clear debris and hair from the shower drainage. So for 2 consecutive days, we had to shift to the bathtub in the middle of the shower. The bottom of the toilet was also uncleaned properly. Spa, gym and most of all the New York Cafe was an experience to stay in the hotel for. No need to queue.

Fabulous stay! I really loved the hotel. The only minus for me was the location as it didn't seem very safe for the solo female traveller. But hotel itself has a lot to explore. I absolutely loved the breakfast, it was simple yet super delicious. I also had dinner and it was very nice as well. The service was implacable! The room was huge with all the necessary amenities.

Worst stay ever; don’t come here. Were it not that the hotel is connected to the famous “New York cafe”, it wouldn’t stand a chance in surviving. Hotel room is dated, bedding is uncomfortable, amenities are cheap, and service with an attitude. Especially the restaurant “white salon” front desk needs to act like a prik before letting one in.

The hotel is gorgeous!! Breakfast spread was alright; nothing too special but the architecture of the space was very lovely. The live classical music was an added bonus. We had issues with the shower and after two attempts to fix it, we were moved to another room. We appreciated the gesture. The weather was extremely hot and it was very unpleasant to be out but we were able to walk down to the port in 20 mins, so the location was great. We tried to get in a spa treatment but it was fully booked, we should've pre-booked before arriving! All in all, a lovely few days.

Located at the Grand Boulevard and within walking distance to the Metro Station and just steps away from the tram station make it a very convenient location. Rooms and facilities are well appointed. Stayed in the modern wing with well furnished room that is spacious. Highlight is the breakfast at the New York Cafe which is the most beautiful cafes in the world which make the stay a truly memorable one. Staffs are all very helpful with very good service.

Water pressure for bath room is very low which needs to upgrade. No notice of swimming pool is not allow to swim and I was asked to stop swimming.

Rooms in the main hotel building are a bit dated and can be loud in the mornings due to the music from the NY Cafe.

Service was very good, they are so polite and kind, although our room's wifi was disappeared for 3 days or 4 days, it's not a big deal tho. And please everyone who book their hotel should include the breakfast, the beautiful hotel i ever seen and the food quality is very good

Overall, we are very happy that we stayed in this hotel and people are lovely smiley and helpful. They should improve food and drink services Especially the drinks, I mean hot drinks are coming very cold and very late. I experienced this three times.
