Hotel is recently opened so everything is almost brand new. Rooms & amenities are excellent & staff is very friendly & helpful

The hotel is newly opened and very good. Anurak and Thanjira, the front desk staff, are also very welcoming. I arrived at the hotel at 12:00, but the hotel check-in time is 3 pm. I did not sleep the night before. After Anurak found out, he helped me check in early. Thank you.

This hotel was clean and the staff is friendly. I was disappointed that the spa was not in service but other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Noisy new hotel is first impression at the lobby every where are the Chinese tourists waiting for their bus when I arrive at lobby for check in. So, I escape to my room but there’s a sound of maintenance outside the room waiting for me there LOL. The sound was silent when it’s evening. And the noise came back again in the morning at breakfast area. However, it’s a good new hotel with great facilities and friendly staff. Bed and sofa are soft and cozy. There is bathtub in the restroom. Nice welcome drink. Overall good for me.

Excellent Stay at Wyndham Jomtien Pattaya. My recent stay at the hotel was simply fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities that made me feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service throughout my visit. The location was convenient, close to Floating Market and just 500 meters to Jomtien Beach, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Wyndham Jomtien Pattaya and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The hotel is new and its family suite is spacious! I booked another room and it appears to also connect to the family suite. :-) You'll get one fruit-soda welcome drink each and it was nice. The breakfast line was more for Chinese traveller but it was ok. In total perfect for family and group of friends for luxury style hotel in affordable price even it's not by the beach.

The location was quite good as long as you have cars, and it’s very new but the water dropped from AC and it was fixed right away, it’s not bad to pay around 2500

Overall good experience at only issue is location is a bit far and no 7/11 around for grocery

The room is relatively new, and the basic facilities are in good condition. We booked a superior garden view room, and this is how we checked in, as shown in Picture 1 below. We raised an objection and they changed it! Picture 2! The garden we understand is the inside, and what they understand is the outside? ? The cleaning on the second day was very perfunctory, not even as good as a budget hotel! Except for the swimming pool which is free, you have to pay to play billiards in the hotel! I wanted to buy a cake to take away in the afternoon, but I was asked to pay a 10% service fee and 7% tax. I understand the tax, but where is the service? ? ? Overall, I don't recommend it. The location is remote and there are a lot of mosquitoes biting me! ! The attitude of the front desk staff is very fawning towards Koreans, and they treat them differently, mainly selling houses and receiving tour groups!

While waiting for the bus, the hotel service was really good, the facilities were also very good, and they even gave us drinks.
