My stay at Brits Hotel Legian was really pleasant ! The staff were so kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel is well looked after, with daily cleaning and care taken to keep the rooms and hallways tidy and comfortable.
The swimming pool was lovely, nice and clean, great for a relaxing swim. Breakfast had a good mix of local dishes, which I enjoyed trying. The only small thing is that you might need to walk a short distance, maybe 300-500 meters, to find restaurants or shops nearby.
All in all, it was a great experience, and I’d happily stay here again on my next visit to Bali !

Staff were fantastic, friendly and always willing to help.
Hotel is not located near anything, need transport everytime you want to go out shopping/massages/food etc.
Pool and bar area were good.
Restaurant - Hot breakfast was good cold breakfast was ok.
Our room needed maintenance, shower was cold or scalding, miror and some tiles need replacing. Windows were filthy couldn't basically not see out of then. Walls are thin so if you have neighbours its very noisy. Foul smell everytime you entered the room.
In house spa - massages were ok however facials were terrible. Not many options to choose from.

Nice hotel with attentive staff and a lovely pool. However it is quite open plan and noisy in the mornings and through the night.

Service is good, need to overlook the breakfast service. Mostly the foods are empty, cup and glass are empty, tables are dirty. The rest of it is good!
