Good Location near pier for Nusa penida tour. just 900m walking. Bed is too soft. Blanket is too thin.

The hotel is located on the main road, shops, market nearby, 15 minutes walk to the beach. The beach is excellent Small room with hot shower and toilet, large bed, air conditioning, TV Downstairs cooler with drinking water A budget quiet hotel, towels and bed linen are clean, dust under the bed did not surprise and also turned a blind eye to the not very clean tiles in the shower! Many hotels here save on cleaning!

The room was smoky. It's only good for one or two nights. Small room. There was a cooler with hot and cold water at the reception desk.

Since my stay was short and I chose this accommodation mainly for its location and low price, I didn't have high expectations, but it wasn't bad. I only slept soundly for a few hours. If I had to mention something negative, it would be that there was no trash can in the room, and while it wasn't particularly dirty, there was a slight amount of dust on the shelves and on the floor of the shower room. I wish they would improve that. There is a convenience store nearby, and it is close to the pier for boats to Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan, so I think the location is quite good. There are no amenities or refrigerator.

Horrible experience, we made booking throughout Agoda a month a go,however when arrived host of property commenting that they don't have our booking. Instead of providing assistance as We arrived late night, they just ignored us and rudely said that is not their fault and the rooms is fully occupied. After 3hrs , from Agoda send the email that our reservation is moved to other places which is far from what area we were expected, is unreasonable and Horrible service how could the property moved guests booking without any confirmation and agreement in advance. When I ask for refund my payment, they said it not possible . Very ashamed!!! I rarely put bad reviews, but because of whathappen I canceled all my booking throughout agoda . Never ever book throughout these OTA and the property whic is Red Doorz Near Pantai Kuta
