ZIA Hotel Kuta Reviews

On a side street. Street lightning not good. Buildings on both side toward hotel are empty. But only two hundred feet from main Street where I can find nice coffee shops and restaurants. Walk a little farther is the beach. I enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool. Not many people use it. Gym is too simple. Breakfast is OK. Hotel coffee and tea are not my favorite. I rather go outside to enjoy a cup of flat white Overall with the budget price, I will stay there again.

room was a little mouldy and dark but not too bad. service was ok, location was convenient to walk to but quite a bit of construction in the area. nice rooftop pool though with good views for the sunset!!!

I had to change the room in 5 in the morning because I heard noises around the fridge which turned out to be a giant rat!

The services so good, clean hotel, good location which is near to foods, kuta beach, the staff so polite. Love to be here, but the rooftop swimming pool will close if raining will not open until tommorow.

I already ask to give me no smoking room, but the hotel still give me a smoking room. But the staff willing to move my room to non smoking after that. The location of this hotel is near to KutaBeach. Overall 3.8 of 5 I give to this hotel.

This hotel isn’t that clean, abit smelly and old rooms. Location is convenient to market, shops and near the beach. Nice hotel staff, need to improve amenities.

Good services and helpful. English is not very good for all staff but willing to help. I like their car hiring too bringing me around at affordable rates. Nearby got lots of good eating places and beaches. Only discrepancy is the tear down of their neighborhood but not controllable by them, I know.

room is neat at first glance, but bed gets itchy so we requested to change the room and they agreed on it. The new room was slightly better, and bigger although its the same price. toilet was still dirty, stains and dust on towels. we were only here for 2 nights so we can pull it through. toilet has no lock, the drain has a smell at times. Its ok to stay here, for awhile. Good location though.

The hotel service was very attentive and the room service was also good. The hotel gym the equipment was not very recent to be used. However, the hotel is in a great location for the price.

Great option with good breakfast and a gym and pool. Staff are very helpful and rooms are quite good.

very nice hotel near Kuta beach. the location can be said to be ideal, close to all amenities, but at the same time you can not hear the noise from the busy streets. there are many cafes around, where you can eat inexpensively (not only restaurants, but there are family cafes), the beach is close and there is also a shopping center and supermarkets within walking distance. as for the hotel itself, it is very clean and has all the amenities. nice pleasant elevator, clean corridors,good wifi, there is a rooftop pool. in general, the roof is well equipped, it is pleasant to spend time there and a beautiful view of the city opens. lots of colors to decorate the rooftop lounge area. my room was standard, with a large comfortable bed. there was a daily cleaning service. the only drawback is the ants, there were a lot of moss from time to time, but one day they were apparently poisoned in my room. and stop crawling. but in general, according to my observations, ants are a common problem in Bali many places.

I highly recommend this hotel! I had a great stay with my mother. Everything was smooth and enjoyable, offering good value for the budget and the overall amenities provided.

Everything is great- central location, helpful staff, standard room. I had an excursion early in the morning, they provided me with the breakfast box that was really good. I can recommend this hotel.
