Luxurious hotel. Super worth the price! Perfect for a group tour cause it comes with 4 bedrooms. Any excess people can sleep in the living and dining area cause the sofa is huge, very comfy to sleep on, it's like a bed.

My second time here. First time with my partner. Always loved the ocean view villa. It’s a quiet and very private place. The room is so comfortable. The little details such as jewellery basket, beach basket, hats, and even bath salts really pleased me. Friendly hotel people. Took the time to engage in a conversation with us. And big appreciation for all the early power breakfast before the marathon as well as arranging transport to the venue. Hotel is ideal for couple. But also a fun place for family— so close to Bali Safari Park. Will be back again with the family.

The resort is located at very convenient location nearby Bali Collection. The hotel also has a good ocean view. Also, the resort has lots variety of restaurants and facilities. However, hotel service and cleanliness need to further improve. Disappointed with their service. Most of the facilities in the hotel also incurred additional charges. There are reviews that can play Pickleball at the Tennis court, but when we checked with the hotel. We are told it’s not allowed.

Soon enough everyone was so motivated to help us enjoy our experience at W Bali Seminyak. The buildings are classy, bright and super clean and well maintained. Multiple restaurants all with distinct flair and variety of fare. Every meal was delicious and fresh. Breakfast was extraordinary with a la carte and buffet options. Sunday Seafood Brunch was an excellent buffet and should not be missed! Supreme quality seafood and sashimi, fresh and delicious. Daily breakfast was extensive with superb flavours and variety. We had two wonderful staff ensure that we had more than we could ever expect, nothing too much hassle and special boost shots thank you so much for the first class service from Kelo and Agus! You are a major asset to this hotel and should be rewarded for your impeccable customer service. Our expectations were exceeded and having travelled to many 5 Star hotels around the world, we can honestly say W Bali Seminyak is the best so far on all levels, the staff make this hotel with personable and the best friendly service. I booked this hotel for my boss, and he had a wonderful stay without any complaints. The service was attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and all arrangements were well-prepared. My boss was very satisfied with the experience, which made me feel confident about choosing this hotel. Conrad Bali is a fairly old hotel, but it's well maintained. The staff is polite, and the service meets expected standards. The swimming pools are excellent and well-kept. As of March 2025, a significant portion of the hotel, including the beachfront, was undergoing renovation. It appears that the shoreline had been eroded over time, and heavy construction machinery was working daily to restore it — trucks delivered loads of sand, while bulldozers and tractors redistributed it across the beach. As a result, the beach was completely inaccessible for swimming, leaving the pools as the only available option for water activities. Therefore, I would explore other nearby accommodation options.

We visited Sanur for the first time and wanted a bit of pampering and to visit Nusa Penida. So we chose Hyatt Regency Bali for the location and the resort. We wished we stayed longer. The rooms were spacious and the grounds are quite extensive with beautifully landscaped gardens. We had dinner at the Pizzeria one evening with live music. Gorgeous! Love to stay here again in the future!

Our four-night stay at the Laguna was a delightful dive into luxury, with its lush tropical garden and the nice, ramified pool landscape. The beautiful sandy beach was a highlight of our stay. Located amidst other luxury hotels, the area offered a rich selection of beachside dining opportunities. However, the „early competition“ for sunbeds during peak times, especially at beachside, did occasionally affect our mood. Despite this, the Laguna did stand out as a luxurious tropical retreat for a memorable stay, which we enjoyed.

Good location, lots of cafes nearby, beautiful well-kept area, nice pool, smiling administration. What I didn't like: Be prepared for the fact that the toilet is open to the street and insects fly in there, although it seems to be the norm in Bali. A huge scary bug flew in to me at night. What else? Be prepared for the fact that cleaning will be once every 3 days, and they woke me up at 9 am, although I work in the Moscow time zone and go to bed quite late. They knocked on my door very actively and woke me up. I said let's come later, they replied that they would not come later, only now. I had to get up, after that I was constantly with a ”do not disturb” sign There is also not a window, but a sliding door, I was visible throughout the entire hotel, I have to constantly close the curtains. Perhaps this is a problem with the first floor Overall, I rate the stay 4 out of 5, precisely because of these inconveniences and unclear cleaning. If you came to relax, then bad internet will not bother you, but I worked and experienced a lot of inconveniences with the internet.

All the hotel staff are very welcoming. I am very impressed with their top notch service. For sure will recommend this hotel to all my friends & family. Room service food is reasonable price & very tasty!
