"This hotel is really well-designed, comfy and impressive. Surrounding neighborhood is alright, but there is a night market within biking distance with loads of yummy food. The service is great, especially the assistant manager 香琳, who is super super nice and professional. Highly recommend to anyone who visit Taichung."

"Initially we were offered a room without a window. Good job to the hotel receptionist. Upon hearing our feedback, they offered to change to another room with a window though the view was not great but the service was still top notch. Be wary though the offers in the website does not guarantee you a window view. The staff also offered assistance whenever we asked. Good eating spots, 24 hr laundromat nearby and water when they see us."

"Love the hotel amenities such as complimentary supper, foot bath etc. Appreciate the close proximity to Feng Chia night market. Its about 8 mins walk. Overall looks very new. Room is well designed. Parking is behind the hotel, to enter a small alley. Reception managed to place us side by side even though there is no connecting room."

"The reviews on Google Maps are mixed, but the Wuri Pu Hotel, which will only open in 2024, still attracts people to visit. I sent an email the day before to ask what time I expected to arrive at the hotel. Of course, I asked this because I wanted to arrive early so that I could have plenty of time to use the public hot spring facilities. The hotel only replied that the facilities could be used after 2 pm. I felt like I was asking in vain. No response to the question afterwards At about 1:50 that day, there was only one person serving in the hall. He moved very slowly and just kept typing on the keyboard after saying ”wait a moment”. It seemed like he was not familiar with the procedure. It took about 5 minutes to finish. Then I went up to the 2nd floor to use the women's hot spring. There was no counter staff there. I waited for 5 minutes and then went down to the 1st floor to ask. Then someone came up to the 2nd floor to give me the locker magnetic buckle and bath towel. The environment is very new and clean. Free Taiwan beer is provided. Bottled water is provided in the hot spring. The water temperature in the afternoon is 33 degrees, which is quite good. At night the water temperature was 31 degrees Celsius and it felt cold and not hot enough for bathing. After taking a bath, your body will be warm. In the box room facing the floor-to-ceiling windows, there is a paid electric massage chair. It costs 10 yuan for 10 minutes. It is very comfortable and chilling to use after taking a bath. The room was also very clean, with a separate bidet for wet and dry areas, and the bed was quite clean and tidy. There was a capsule coffee machine and tea bags in the snack bag that you could take away. Breakfast is served in three time periods: 7:00, 8:00 and 9:00. The dining environment is also clean in Japanese MUJI style. The meals are rich and varied, and the refills are fast. However, the collection of plates is very slow. Sometimes the entire table is filled but no service staff comes to collect them, which reduces the clean dining atmosphere. After checking out at 11 o'clock, you can leave your luggage in the lobby with a luggage card to collect your luggage. You can go to the women's bath on the 2nd floor to enjoy the relaxation before going home. The overall hotel hardware and software experience and breakfast are very good The only thing is that the staff configuration and professional training can be improved, so as not to waste the good reputation of this hotel chain system."

"The bed is comfortable, and it is not far from Fengjia Night Market, within walking distance. The space configuration is also suitable. However, I was awakened at night by the swinging door of the toilet due to the wind. I had to get up in the middle of the night to close the ventilation window of the bathroom, which affected my sleep. If you are sensitive to strange noises, you need to consider closing the window first. In addition, the water flow in the sink was slow. When I opened it, I found food residues from the previous residents stuck in the drain hole, which deserves further attention."

"Excellent location with about 3 mins walk to Fengjia Night Market. The clerk at the front desk was very kind and friendly. The room is small but cozy, enough for me, a solo traveler. The public area is huge with a few sofas and the warm woody deco with a relaxing atmosphere. The pantry area offers a coffee machine, tea bags, and a fridge. They also have a laundry machine. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a place close to Fengjia Night Market. There is no breakfast service but a cafe right next door, and many food options in the neighborhood."

"The hotel looks fancy and it's located in a trendy hood near the train station. The room is well decorated,the bed is comfortable and the bath tub is great after a long day. At the beginning all smell clean with the perfume and the AC, but if you turn it off it's a disaster as you start to feel the bad fungus smell. I think their ventilation system needs maintenance."

"Nice place to stay! It was clean and new - they are nice to also provide a baby cot for free for our baby. However, the mattress is a little too thin so we had to let baby sleep on the bed. Nonetheless, it is an awesome place to be at when in Taichung."

"Their TV has youtube which is great. Very clean and convenient for travellers who want to be near HSR. There is a Macdonald and 7-11 beside the hotel which is awesome."
