Although the hotel management is new, they are not cooperative, especially in changing rooms. "I booked a deluxe room with a sea view a long time ago, but as soon as I arrived, I was not able to take the requested room, claiming that the hotel was full, which is not true." They only give priority to their acquaintances. I did not like the behavior of the employee "almoon" at all. Please investigate the matter. He did not change my room, although there were vacant rooms in the hotel. This is not the first time. This article is in Arabic, please translate it

Neither good nor bad. The room is large. Spacious. The furniture is average. The room has a back view. The reception is ok. The variety in the breakfast is sufficient but not of high quality. It is quite good that it is within walking distance to the city. There is parking. It is preferred but do not expect much. The reason for my preference is that the city hotels are old, have narrow rooms, problematic bathrooms, and are noisy and have parking problems.

the room was cleaned, but there were stains and traces of drinks on the carpet, there was a hole in the upholstery of the sofa... when leaving the hotel they asked for payment of the city tax, which was already paid upon check-in, not a very pleasant experience

The hotel is under renovation!!! Initially, they didn’t want to speak Russian, pretending that they didn’t understand! Then they started talking!!!)) but that’s not a problem! The problem is that this hotel has nothing to do with 5 stars! Weak 3, closer to 2! I do not advise! The girl at the reception, unfortunately I don’t remember her name, she’s smart!!! Only for this reason I didn’t put everything so badly 😂
