The second booking was terrible. This is the floor we were given the room: horrible tobacco smell and no light.

Great location for the price. The room is small and lacks basic amenities but other than that if you plan to explore the city and just need a place to rest the night it’s a great choice. Main attractions are 10 mins away by car or if you want to walk around 30-35mins. View from our window was great & the location is peaceful

We made two different reservations (2 nights + 1 night) so were given two different rooms, which made the experience completly different from one another. The first was super nice, amazing cleanliness and the room had so much light (in this case, I highly recommend this Ibis). But the second room had a terrible tobacco smell, despite having asked for a non smoking room (it was so bad it got to the point I couldn't even sleep) and just one small window. Nevertheless, both experiences had one thing in common: rude staff. It's a good hotel to go up straight to your room. My conclusion is: your experience will really depend on how lucky you are with the room they assign to you.

The location is indeed close to Xatai metro station but you have to change the train. I find it ok to spend a bit more time by taking airport bus and stopping at 28 May metro station and then walk to Cəfər Cabbarlı station to head to Xatai. The room is decent size with very comfortable bed. I also love the fact that the hotel provide water filter to refill the water. Bathroom comes with very basic necessity just shower gel and shampoo.

The staff at front office is very rude. As my co traveller had to use the washroom i requested them I am here to complete the checkin formalities and give her the room key but they refused by saying first pay local tourism tax then will give you room key. Also, upon checkin there was no kettle, water bottles, tea, coffee, toiletries etc I mean basic amenities. We had to call again and again at the reception and were feeling disappointed. I will never recommend this hotel as the staff is not tourist friendly. Moreover they have a pet dialogue you have booked a budget room we will upgrade you with standard room. And the standard room has scrap view.

The location of the hotel was very good since it was very close to metro station. The rooms were very tidy and spacious. During my stay, the room service was not up to the mark and few of the hotel staff were not polite when asked for directions to nearest landmarks.

Staff were friendly and so helpful, hotel is modern and clean. But the room lacked of amenities like coffee or team like other Ibis hotel.

They was not good as other hotels for following points: - there is no one to carry the luggages. - Extra charge has been taken as a city tax which is not mentioned in website during reservation. - they don’t have such a items in room: boiler, toothbrush, toothpaste, coffee, iron. - recaption not answering all the time.

Excellent hotel, everywhere when I need a hotel, my first option is Ibis, good price and good service. In Baku, the breakfast is so good, lot of delicious foods, the room is clean and everything works. My daughters loves the bed, softy and comfortable.
