Four Points by Sheraton Bakersfield

The pool was closed during our stay!

This was my second time staying in the very same 2 double bedded room, In the main building on ground level behind the lobby and front desk area (Room #212) on Sat July 12th and Sat August 31st, 2025. I arrived late both times, due to heavy traffic from L.A. on I-5 and NB 99 into Bakersfield. Both times, I was checked in by the lovely “Vianey” at the front desk. I received a thank you gift bag in July and an item from the marketplace this weekend. She’s very friendly and gave me some good restaurant suggestions. She is wonderful and I promised I would write a review once I got back home tonight. Room was nice, and most importantly the Air Conditioner was most needed!! Over 100* in the day, I dared not to use the outdoor pool!! The shower and bathroom were clean. Yes, it’s an older property, but they keep it nicely updated and the beds were extremely comfy! No breakfast, but I got the bonus Bonvoy miles. Checked out 4pm per Marriott Bonvoy Platinum, a BIG Thank You for allowing me the extra time!! Five Claws UP!!!!! I will return in November. It would be nice to have more assistance or some security on grounds. The room was very nice and comfortable. I was leaving at 4:30 AM in the morning and the staff was very accommodating in the event that they prepare coffee. The outside appearance was not as groomed as I expected. Not having an elevator and needing some assistance to get upstairs was challenging. Otherwise thank you so very much.

Rooms are enormous!! Plenty of space for your luggage and to move around. The facility is going through upgrades but the rooms seem to be complete and they are so modern and amazing.
