El hotel está convenientemente ubicado a solo cinco minutos a pie de la zona comercial de la ciudad, lo que es un gran punto a favor. La piscina es muy bonita, aunque el agua estaba un poco fría durante nuestra visita. En general, las instalaciones necesitan un poco de mejora; el ambiente podría ser más cálido y acogedor. Actualmente, los pasillos y el hall carecen de decoración, lo que les da una sensación bastante fría y poco acogedora.
La habitación es amplia y cuenta con vistas a la piscina y a los jardines, pero, como mencioné antes, también tiene esa sensación fría que podría mejorarse con algunos toques decorativos.
En cuanto al desayuno, hay margen para mejorar. No todos preferimos desayunar solo pan con mantequilla y mermelada; sería ideal ofrecer más opciones al estilo occidental. A pesar de esto, es aceptable.
Por otro lado, la ubicación es excelente para disfrutar de la vida nocturna; hay muchos locales agradables donde cenar en las cercanías, lo que añade valor a la experiencia.

Reviewing the dinner and we must say the staff were so wonderful, Ashif, Rikas, Nova and chef Danu made us feel so welcome and the food was tasty, plentiful and we left very full. Thank you all very much. If we are in Ella again, we shall come back.

Das Personal war sehr sehr nett. Es hat uns Asif bedient, er hat eine ganz tolle Arbeit geleistet Der Koch ( Danuja) hat sehr gut gekocht, das Essen hat nicht nur gut geschmeckt es war auch sehr sehr schön hergerichtet. Das einzigste was uns nicht Gefallen hat, das Zimmer. Bei der Balkontür waren wir uns nicht sicher, ob sie wirklich zu war. Die Dusche ist zwar toll aber wenn wir die Düsen eingeschaltet haben, dan war das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser.

Super Lage (5min zu fuß ins Zentrum), wahnsinnig nettes Personal, schöner und erfrischender Swimmingpool. Wir waren hier für 2 Nächte und können nichts beklagen. Sehr ruhige Anlage und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Frühstücksbuffet unter freiem Himmel!

E' un hotel di 3 piani senza ascensore a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Ella. La camere sono confortevoli, grandi e il bagno è sufficentemente spazioso. I materassi comodissimi. La qualità del sonno ottima. La piscina si trova sopra il ristorante ma non l'abbiamo usata dato il freddo pungente di quei giorni. Il ristorante è basico ma di buona qualità, piuttosto lento nel servire. L'hotel non ha il permesso di vendere alcolici, ma i camerieri son andati a prenderci le birre in un bar vicino. L'unico problema serio è che il ristorante è aperto per 3 lati, faceva freddo e abbiamo dovuto cenare per 2 sere con la giacca a vento. Consiglierei almeno una tenda per riparasìrsi dal freddo.

We visited 88th Ella for our Honeymoon. It's a very nice place to stay in Ella.Food here was also very good. There is a facility for private balconies as well. Very clean and friendly staff!! The hotel is in a grate location within 5min walk of the main street.
