El hotel está convenientemente ubicado a solo cinco minutos a pie de la zona comercial de la ciudad, lo que es un gran punto a favor. La piscina es muy bonita, aunque el agua estaba un poco fría durante nuestra visita. En general, las instalaciones necesitan un poco de mejora; el ambiente podría ser más cálido y acogedor. Actualmente, los pasillos y el hall carecen de decoración, lo que les da una sensación bastante fría y poco acogedora.
La habitación es amplia y cuenta con vistas a la piscina y a los jardines, pero, como mencioné antes, también tiene esa sensación fría que podría mejorarse con algunos toques decorativos.
En cuanto al desayuno, hay margen para mejorar. No todos preferimos desayunar solo pan con mantequilla y mermelada; sería ideal ofrecer más opciones al estilo occidental. A pesar de esto, es aceptable.
Por otro lado, la ubicación es excelente para disfrutar de la vida nocturna; hay muchos locales agradables donde cenar en las cercanías, lo que añade valor a la experiencia.

Location was near the town & walking distance to all the cafes. No real view from hotel but the comfort of the room, bed & the friendly staff made up for it! Asif Shahad I must mention was very helpful to us, guiding us as to how to go to the places we wanted. I will recommend this hotel !

Well situated within walking distance of Ella Down a poorly lit road, opposite a building site (noisey at 4am!), so no pleasant view. Poor Wi-Fi connection, all rooms upstairs, creaking room fan, outdoor eating area, separate from main hotel area

Pro The room is clean. Food is acceptable. Friendly service from Asif who's always all smiles and willing to help if you let him know your preference, eg less salt, no spicy etc. Cons The bathroom pools quite a bit and wets the main sink area after you shower. Bath towel looks tired and so does the bedsheets.

Great place, well comunicated and nice workers. Food was perfect. Athough swimming pool wasnt as well as the hotel. It wasnt at the same level.
