The place is okay but the room isn't coz there's a lot of lizard poop. The photo below is just a screenshot of the video we took coz I don't have pic.

The location was perfect, very accessible to the tourists spots near in moalboal, lambug beach, osmeña peak, kawasan falls. Also, the staffs are very accommodating. The room is clean. The bathroom is very comfortable. AC is cold.

The location is 15mins. away to kawasan falls/ 2mins.walk to market and cab.

Staff are great, very accommodating. The amenities are awesome. Location is very accessible to the market, transpo and convenience stores.

The AC is a bit noisy, but the location is close to the market and bus station. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Needs improvement

Very good hotel, the rooms and the lobby are clean, the rooms have hot water and air conditioning. Downstairs in the lobby there is a cooler with hot and cold water, available 24 hours a day. Also on the 3rd floor there is a large dining table, very convenient 👍 no need to eat in the room. We stayed for 5 days, they allowed us to dry our laundry on special ropes on the roof. We had a room with windows facing the hall, but if you turn on the air conditioner, it is not a problem. By the way, the air conditioner is noisy, pay attention if you have problems with sleep The staff is polite and friendly. One of the big minuses is that you need to go to the beach, so it is better to rent a bike here. We went to Moalboal to the beach with turtles and sardines and later to White Beach. The route by tuk tuk to the center of Moalboal is 25 pesos, and then they took us by bike for 40 pesos per person. You get out next to a food market and a bunch of cafes. 300 meters to the right along the highway there is a large Supermarket, inexpensive, with fixed prices. We went from Cebu by bus, it stops on the road 100 meters from the hotel, we left the same way, but across the road, the ticket price is 225 pesos - payment is taken on the bus air conditioning. There are also tuk-tuks or as they are also called - jeeps to Maolboal, the price is 25 pesos to the center. Along the highway to the right and slightly up for about 15 minutes, it is reflected on the map as a waterfall - but this is the point of issue of equipment and support to. Kawasaki Canyon, there you can order an excursion from them. We concluded that it is ideal to live there, but a bike is definitely needed

Hotel located 15-20 minutes from Moalboal You are across from the market The bus terminal is 20 meters away. The hotel is well located for visiting Kawasan Falls or climbing Osmena Peak.

I went there while looking for a cheap place to stay nearby for canyoning. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't a great place either! The staff was friendly.
