"Stayed in a two-bedroom suite for two days, the room and service were good, punched in the Michelin Samsung restaurant memory, great! The hot spring is also very big and comfortable! The only dissatisfaction is that the indoor heated swimming pool is told that it cannot swim, and the children are allowed to go to the outdoor pool, but the outdoor pool is very small, the water temperature is cold, and it can’t swim at all. The original words of the pool management are used by this pool to relax, but this is a standard pool. Can you soak in the water and can't move? If you want to relax, why not go to the hot spring next to it? It says that the swimming pool is not allowed to swim, and you can't understand it! If the hotel feels that the indoor pool is not suitable for swimming, then the outdoor pool can be repaired a little bigger, so the problem will be solved. "Hotel is comfortable. Bed is comfortable. The friendly staff breakfast is normal.. until the thermo go 5 minutes. Next to the mountains I will return."

"This hotel suited our needs, as we wanted to explore the untourist part of Switzerland. The hotel was the first hotel we have booked on the trip app which was not prepaid. When we arrived at the hotel it was automated entry with us entering our details into a entry machine by inputting your name and locating your booking and inserting payment card. Your room key is than printed and you swipe in. The rooms are clean with a nice decor with large windows providing plenty of natural light. The beds are comfy and we slept well as located in a quite location. Maybe too quite for some as most shops where closed. There is a local pub near by with friendly bar staff. Breakfast is provided but limited with choice compared to other places we have stayed. I liked that freewater was provided in the room which was a nice gesture. Bathroom is functional with very good shower pressure."

"The hotel is located next to the BAD RAGAZ high-end golf club, backed by mountains, with its own garden, simple design, and free swimming pools, saunas and other leisure facilities. It is a good place for a leisure vacation. There are not many kinds of breakfast, but it is acceptable. There is no air conditioning in the room, so you have to open the window. Although the air is good, flying insects may come in, so those who are concerned should consider it carefully."

"入住前幾日收到確認信，但在酒店入住的時候，卻找不到訂單。向酒店展示收據，酒店職員卻是第一次聽trip.com, 並且說可能沒有預訂，可能現在的價錢也不同了等等，所以我有點擔心。在等候酒店回覆的時候，我在trip App上找到trip的CS Kitty.C，她向我確認我的訂單是確認的，叫我不用擔心，然後大概10分鐘左右kitty已經幫我處理好房間的事，比酒店職員還要快通知我們，也提供了一點心意，所以我很滿意trip.com。之後酒店另一位職員Marielle很友善帶我和伴侶行了一次hotel tour。房間是套房，很漂亮舒適，酒店住客可以免費享用兩邊的水療：酒店水療，公共水療。酒店水療是只供酒店客人享用，比較寧靜。也有不同的桑拿區，他們的水晶桑拿很美，而且帶有香味很舒適。第二天是我的生日，在酒店早上享用早餐時，職員很細心，留意到我是生日和我說生日快樂，我很高興。他們的早餐也很豐富，餐飲部員工也很親切有善，一直會留意客人需要什麼，並主動上前詢問要否幫忙，用餐環境也很舒適寬敞，所以整個體驗都很完美！到我們check out的時候，酒店職員Anabel很友善幫忙處理我的問題，到真正離開的時候，發現Guest Service Team 準備了一份生日禮物給我，是開心的驚喜！除了check-in發生小意外，整個在酒店的體驗都很滿意，所以我都會推薦朋友前來這酒店慶祝特別日子。也感謝trip.com處理問題方法讓我很滿意。"

"Schöne FamilienHotel mitten in Bad Ragaz ziemlich gut zu erreichen, Zimmer hat fast alles was man für eine übernachtung braucht, leider war die Heizung etwas schwach eingestellt. Bett war gut nicht durchgelegt, für Tee, Kaffee ist gesorgt. Frühstück war auch gut ausgestattet mit tollen Service. Internet Stabil , Reichlich TV Programme."
