This hotel has old room with old wood that has bad smell the moment my wife and I noticed that smell after moment my wife started to sneeze badly and got after few minutes her eyes started getting red and her face also we have talked to them to change the room but they refused with the excuse that the hotel is full even many rooms we can was empty after that we asked for refund they have accepted at the first to refund as but they have said you have to talk with trip support to ask for refund then trip call the hôtel and they have refuse to refund after I left because I can’t stay at their shitty old rooms id you have allergies don’t go there other wise u will face the same situation as my wife look at the pictures and for the road just to get to this hotel you have to make very difficult trip the road is very dangerous

Une experience incroyable à recommander pour une totale detente .Les chambres avec une vue exceptionnelle,le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié mais le service en déjeuner est très lent.Un grand merci à l’ensemble de l’équipe pour leur hospitalité,et surtout à Mme Salma qui n’a jamais manqué d’attention au long du séjour. Visitez cet endroit merveilleux !

Ons verblijf in Widiane Resort was fantastisch. Vanaf aankomst werden we direct geholpen met onze bagage en vriendelijk ontvangen. Het personeel was uiterst professioneel en behulpzaam. De gastvrouw bij de receptie vroeg ons elke dag hoe ons verblijf was, wat echt gewaardeerd werd en een persoonlijk gevoel gaf. Een fijne extra was het golfkarretje waarmee we gemakkelijk naar het restaurant, hotel of zwembad werden gebracht. Erg comfortabel en goed geregeld. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en erg lekker. Het eten in het restaurant was ook top. We hebben ook nog gegeten bij het zwembad, ook dat was erg lekker. De kamer was schoon, stijlvol en bood een prachtig uitzicht op het meer. Ook het zwembad gaf een onwerkelijk gevoel met uitzicht op het meer. Kortom: een prachtige locatie, geweldige service en een verblijf dat we niet snel zullen vergeten. We komen volgend jaar zeker terug!

J’ai d’abord eu contact avec le service réservation par téléphone,excellent rien dire ! Arrivé sur place nous avons été accueilli par Mme SALMA et Mme Kaoutar! C’est un luxe d’avoir des personnes comme ceux-ci dans l’équipe Elles ont été top top Très très accueillante,à l’écoute et souriante Vraiment tout le personnel est au petit soin mais ces 2 personnes sont de loin les meilleurs que nous avons croisé dans tous nos séjours !!!!!
