This hotel has old room with old wood that has bad smell the moment my wife and I noticed that smell after moment my wife started to sneeze badly and got after few minutes her eyes started getting red and her face also we have talked to them to change the room but they refused with the excuse that the hotel is full even many rooms we can was empty after that we asked for refund they have accepted at the first to refund as but they have said you have to talk with trip support to ask for refund then trip call the hôtel and they have refuse to refund after I left because I can’t stay at their shitty old rooms id you have allergies don’t go there other wise u will face the same situation as my wife look at the pictures and for the road just to get to this hotel you have to make very difficult trip the road is very dangerous

Un séjour inoubliable au Widiane & Spa 🌟 ! Service au top, avec un personnel aux petits soins, en particulier M. Abdelouhed, Chef Karim et M. Mohssine, qui ont rendu notre expérience exceptionnelle 🙏. Déconnexion totale grâce aux activités proposées : kayak, pédalo, jet ski et bateau sur le magnifique lac. La piscine, donnant directement sur le lac, est tout simplement splendide et invite à la détente et au dépaysement. Les navettes en voiture sont disponibles à tout moment, ce qui rend le séjour très fluide. Le site, avec son ambiance rappelant la Thaïlande, offre un cadre unique et ressourçant. 👉 Une adresse que je recommande vivement pour se détendre et profiter d’un cadre idyllique !

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel à l’hôtel Widiane. La chambre était spacieuse, très confortable, et offrait une vue imprenable sur le lac, véritable havre de paix. 🌅 Le personnel est tout simplement remarquable : que ce soit à la réception, au petit déjeuner, au restaurant, les conducteurs des navettes, les femmes de ménage ou les superviseurs, chacun fait preuve d’un professionnalisme et d’une attention rarement vus ailleurs. Toujours souriants, disponibles et aux petits soins, ils contribuent à rendre le séjour inoubliable. C’est vraiment l’endroit parfait pour se reposer, profiter de la nature et se ressourcer. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are large, well-maintained, very clean, and many have incredible views of the lake outside. The pools were also beautiful, and the staff were generally helpful. The biggest issue is accessibility to drinks and drinking water. For people traveling in a foreign country, and one as hot as Morocco, access to bottled water is a must. The hotel has amazing views because it is on top of a hill, and the only bottled water available is all the way down the hill near the lake, requiring a golf cart ride to get any. The front desk really should have a supply of bottled water on hand all the time. Similarly, drinks at the upper pool were only available by being transported up from the restaurant, and should just be available for poolside service. So definitely some room for improvement, but was still a lovely stay.
