This hotel has old room with old wood that has bad smell the moment my wife and I noticed that smell after moment my wife started to sneeze badly and got after few minutes her eyes started getting red and her face also we have talked to them to change the room but they refused with the excuse that the hotel is full even many rooms we can was empty after that we asked for refund they have accepted at the first to refund as but they have said you have to talk with trip support to ask for refund then trip call the hôtel and they have refuse to refund after I left because I can’t stay at their shitty old rooms id you have allergies don’t go there other wise u will face the same situation as my wife look at the pictures and for the road just to get to this hotel you have to make very difficult trip the road is very dangerous

Where to begin? The reception book keeping is a mess. The woman at the front desk dismissed us and our driver when we walked in & told us there was no room for us without even checking to see if we had a reservation. The mix up continued when they couldn’t locate our booking (made and paid for 8 months prior and reconfirmed via email a week prior). After they did locate our booking, the information they had was incorrect and tried to double charge us for our stay. This was only cleared up after our booking agent in Marrakech called them. Mistakes happen, but we were treated very rudely & received no apology. They gave away our room WHILE WE WERE IN IT to another group who walked in on us. Again, no explanation or apology given. Then they DEACTIVATED OUR ROOM KEY requiring another trip to reception to clear up. Finally, they didn’t have a record of us checking out & told our driver we were still in our room while we waited for him in reception.

Une déception concernant le dîner romantique . Malheureusement, l'expérience n'a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes pour plusieurs raisons : 1. Le menu ne correspondait pas à ce qui avait été annoncé lors de la réservation. 2. La table qui nous avait été réservée était située dans une zone très bruyante, rendant difficile toute conversation. 3. Le responsable présent ce soir-là Salim - Manager Restaurant n'a pas été en mesure de répondre à nos besoins de manière adéquate.

This is a fantastic hotel in an amazing setting! Our room was very spacious but the bathroom was small. On arrival the staff were not helpful and left us to work out where places were and timings of meals. The pool areas are very clean and tranquil. Service at the lake pool was exceptional but the other pool the service was slow and almost non existent. Breakfast was very nice with a different buffet selection to the usual full English yet still well cooked and tasty. Evening meals had a limited options with 3 main meals off the menu on each 3 nights of our stay. If the menu was to vary it would be so much nicer. Overall the staff were polite and friendly and the watersports facilities are a great break from the relaxing atmosphere. I’d certainly recommend this hotel but hope the comments on dining are taken on board to improve guest satisfaction.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were blown away by the breathtaking views. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making our experience truly memorable. Thanks to the lovely Aya at reception, we received a complimentary upgrade, which added to our ultimate enjoyment. Highly recommended!

Wow this resort is stunning. The rooms are massive with huge bathtubs and spacious balconies overlooking water features on the lake side. The food and service were spectacular and all incredible value for money. Just need a private heli to be able to come back for a long weekend
