"The view is honestly 10/10, but unfortunately, the rest is 0. The staff are not professional at all and sometimes act as if they are doing you a favour rather than providing a service. The customer service is extremely poor, and the food has been the same for three days in a row. Very basic food with very little variety. Such a shame because the location and view are beautiful, but the poor service and lack of hospitality really let the place down."

"We thought the hotel was beautiful and had nice bedding, but it had terrible layout and vibe. We felt like on a scene of the Shinning film. The signing is terrible and we kept getting lost trying to find our way around. The place was dark and very unloved, very dirty in some areas. The lift floor was filthy and even though we pointed that out, two days later it looked exactly the same, the pool area had lots of rubbish around, broken tiles, debris inside the pool and so on. There was no ice in the bar for an evening drink and no butter at breakfast on the first morning. The views were great but we never felt really happy there or properly cared for. The staff was nice but then again they were not sorting all the problems out. We would not go back or recommend this place at all."

"I spent 3 days in this beautiful riad hotel with my mother. We were kindly welcomed by the owner Moloud and staff Abdul and Moniam. Moloud speaks excellent English and speaks and understands some Dutch. Moniam and Abdul's English is also very good and I think Moniam also speaks French as far as I understand. My stay was very pleasant. The rooms are nice and spacious, and a plus is that you can cool off in the large and beautiful swimming pool😍👌🏾 Breakfast and dinner were also tasty. The only disadvantage I found was that I couldn't buy a snack in the hotel beyond the TV or just for a tasty snack. You have to go into town to buy it. Soft drinks and water are available in the restaurant. I also had nice company from Moniam during my stay. He is a sweet, spontaneous, social and smart boy with whom you can have nice conversations. And you also feel good about whether you need it or not. Abdul is more subdued and smiles kindly and often asks how you are doing and occasionally has a little chat with you. The same goes for Moloud! I also recommend everyone to visit the Ouzoud falls. You can come to Moloud for this! In addition to being a hotel owner, he has also been a tour guide for 17 years and will take you (for a fee) to the Ouzoud falls and talk about it with passion and pride. All in all my stay was fantastic and I will definitely come back to "Le Domaine M""
