"This hotel has old room with old wood that has bad smell the moment my wife and I noticed that smell after moment my wife started to sneeze badly and got after few minutes her eyes started getting red and her face also we have talked to them to change the room but they refused with the excuse that the hotel is full even many rooms we can was empty after that we asked for refund they have accepted at the first to refund as but they have said you have to talk with trip support to ask for refund then trip call the hôtel and they have refuse to refund after I left because I can’t stay at their shitty old rooms id you have allergies don’t go there other wise u will face the same situation as my wife look at the pictures and for the road just to get to this hotel you have to make very difficult trip the road is very dangerous"

"We stayed at the hotel as part of a motor bike tour with my son. After the first day traveling this was the 1st nights stop. We turned up at the door and asked for a room. Yes there was a twin room available. Fairly standard room layout on 1st floor with a balcony view of the road and very posh street lamps. Very helpful receptionist who helped us sort out the key and a place to part the hired motorbikes. We eat in the restaurant which was perhaps a bit limited by it menu choices but perfectly adequate. The breakfast served in a different room was a great selection and very helpful staff. A perfectly good place to stay without being exceptional."

"It’s maybe €40 more expensive than other hotel but you will get much more for that money A very pleasant stay overall, especially thanks to the location close to the waterfalls, which gives the place a calm and refreshing atmosphere . Rooms & Cleanliness The rooms were clean, simple, and comfortable. Nothing luxury, but everything you need for a relaxing stay after a long day of exploring. Service & Staff The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. You feel well taken care of, and they try their best to make your stay comfortable. ️ Food & Value Food was good and fairly priced, with traditional flavors that fit the location. Prices overall are reasonable for the area. Atmosphere Quiet and relaxing, especially in the evening. A good place to slow down, rest, and enjoy nature nearby. Overall A solid option if you’re visiting the cascades and want a calm, comfortable place to stay without overpaying"

"What a bad memory of this establishment. Room with sewer smell. Shower clogged. Cold all night. Dinner tajine barbecue lamb only on the bone, no meat. In the photos this hotel looks good but the reality is different. The next morning it was impossible to see the manager. There are much better in the same area."
