The cleanliness of ablution facilities was below par. Then also there are residents with kids from next room staying there, going around

Sharing a dirty bathroom with strangers is something I don't relish but at least there was a lock on the door, even if there was no toilet paper.
Having a code to enter both the front door and the room itself was not enough. The code opened a box at the twist of a knob inside was the key attached a plastic wire. I was told this, not by the family living there but by a relative, leaving the building. No phone numbers of any kind. The whole thing was more expensive than the great room that I had in Luton.

It was more comfortable than I taught. For the price of each night, it exceeded it. A walking distance to the train station. It’s clean, easy to locate. Direction on how to access the building was clear. The room was sizeable, although it a shred bath and toilet, they were clean. I will recommend if you are staying a night or two.

Nice cheap room but residence in non-numbered room (I assume live there permanently) were very noisy until the early hours of the night (2am), almost shouting at each other with children talking too. Very odd. Had to ask them to be quiet.
Room was very hot too, almost unbearable in the middle of winter
Not entirely clear where bathrooms are either, especially when trying to go the toilet in the middle of the night
Texts with updates but no host to greet, literally just lock boxes on the doors with keys inside on bungee cords.
Cheap and cheerful but be mindful you might not get a good sleep

I had a wonderful stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to town with the added bonus of free parking. It's an ideal spot for a budget-friendly night out, allowing you to enjoy yourself without worrying about getting home.
Although the bathroom is shared, it was exceptionally clean, which was a pleasant surprise. This minor detail is the only reason for the 4-star rating.
I will definitely be returning in the future!
