"We booked 2 nights but our arrival was messed up by airline problems so we finally arrived into Heathrow on the Wednesday morning rather than Tuesday afternoon. The hotel made no effort or even acknowledgement of our difficult and long (35 hrs) journey. We had booked it specially as we had spent our wedding night there 35 years ago and we had returned to the UK this time for our daughter’s wedding, it seemed like a nice romantic idea. There was nothing that went wrong or to complain about while we were there but they missed a trick with their PR. We then went to Yorkshire for the wedding and the (smaller) hotel there was fantastic, staff couldn’t do enough for all guests as well as the happy couple. What a contrast!"

"Have stayed here before and will stay again. The rooms are far too hot and travelodge need to look into this. We watched young manager on more than one occasion over Friday and Saturday morning get shouted at. This is a lovely travelodge staff are fantastic and rooms are very clean. And it's great location. This place offers unbeatable cleanliness, supreme comfort, top-notch service, and a truly welcoming vibe.
