"We’re currently staying in a Pacifica suite at Costa Pacifica, and the experience is decent overall. The pet-friendly policy is great, and the facilities are well-kept with a pleasant landscape. The suite is clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, the restaurant service is really slow, requiring multiple attempts to get attention, and the Quattro Queso pizza doesn’t meet expectations—its taste and cheese blend are not what I anticipated. The massage rate of 1700 per hour seems high compared to other resorts, and they also ran out of ice, which could be problematic (since they are supposed to be serving cold drinks like shakes and cocktails) Hope they can improve to make the experience of customers better."

"My boyfriend and I stayed here for a night and I've got to say the place feels homey and relaxing. It's a bit of a drive going to Sabang but if you prefer a quiet, clean and relaxing place to stay this one's for you. The owners are quite friendly as well! Almost if not all our requests were met. Looking to stay here again in the near future"

"We had a wonderful time at the Dianao Beach Resort. It is the perfect place to relax, eat well and go out on little adventures. Our casita was very comfortable and clean. Food was delicious and the kitchen and service staff went out of their way to provide excellent dishes and care. We took a short bike ride and hike to a little chapel with fantastic sea views and walked along the beach to see awe-inspiring ancient mangroves. We really enjoyed our stay and were just as happy to chill by the pool, go lizard and butterfly spotting in the beautiful gardens or stargazing at night. Highly recommended, we will be back."

"I do not recommend booking a room at this “hotel” at all. My requests: a quiet room and clean room. We were put in a room right next to a neighbor with roosters that wake you up at 4 am and doesn’t stop crowing. Combine it with a very loud song that plays till the end of the day from a nearby song. Take note, it’s a jingle that plays over and over again, one same song! The room we got was not clean at all as you could see. The AC broke at 5 am too. There’s no bathtub, TV, mountain view, nor bottled water as promised in their description either. I believe they also mentioned a swimming pool, it doesn’t exist. We were moved to a new room the next day because of the AC issue. Outside the “hotel”, only 2 cars can park, so we parked 2 doors away, which is still part of the building. At 6 am, a guy knocked for a room service! We were pissed and yelled who gives room service at this time?! At 7, another one knocked but didn’t say a word. I was worried about our security at this point. Another one knocked at 8 am, and the lady said we need to move our car. They knew we’ll eat breakfast (their breakfast sucks btw, too!) because it ends at 9 am, but no. They had to knock every hour from 6 am to have a tricycle be parked where our car was parked! No respect at all and very inconsiderate. I am pregnant too! I had very crappy sleep from this place. Save yourself from stress."
