The partridge is an old historic hotel not far from downtown Augusta. It is very convenient to reach. Hotel rooms are old but clean and have an interesting flair. The hotel restaurant is good. Rooftop bar even better. Only 4 points because actually as a Hilton property I did not feel treated like a valued club member. Check in was neutral but not very friendly. Expected a little more southern hospitality. If that would improve the place is perfect for business family and couples.

The Partridge in is a must stay hotel when you visit Augusta. The view from the rooftop bar was amazing!! My only criticism is that they ran out of food from the bar menu at 9pm. Personally, I think they just stop setving the last hour before they close at 10pm because the restraunt's kitchen was still open. So don't get hungry in the last hour before closing...On a good note, James and LaShan were by far in the top 1% of hospitality workers I have encountered in over 40 years of global travel.

Great welcome and hospitality from Harvey and staff. Welcome gift in room from mgt. recognizing my Hilton status. Great improvements evident in restaurants and service was very good at breakfast and dinner.

My friend and I came to Augusta for the Arts in the Heart of Augusta Festival for the weekend and really enjoyed our stay. James and Norman shuttled us around from the hotel to downtown and they both were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the city. The staff were very helpful and pleasant to talk with. The food is great and the view from the rooftop bar was amazing. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The Partridge Inn carries a special place in my heart. My mother and I booked The Partridge again this year, based on our stellar experience last year. The staff were fabulous and so kind. The chauffeur team was absolutely top tier. From carrying our luggage to taking us to the mall. They were absolutely wonderful and so kind. The Inn has probably one of the best pools I have ever been to. The area was clean and the pool was fully stocked with towels. There was one day when the wind was blowing and the leaves got into the pool. The maintenance staff was quick with cleaning the pool out. The overall aesthetic of the inn is charming. Giving a Great Gatsby feel. I would suggest maybe one or two alterations to the bathrooms in the rooms, making them more functional. Rooms were neat and clean and the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast however was not to the standard. The bacon was pretty good. However the potatoes were dry and tasted like day old potatoes. The eggs didn’t have enough seasoning for me. I thought that maybe it was a different chef and the chef was tired….but the results were the same. We normally go to the restaurant each morning, but after that experience we decided to just only go a couple of times. The real gem of this hotel…The Rooftop Bar!! OMG! The views were spectacular!! Make sure you get in early if you want a great seat. Ordered some wine and a charcuterie board, I felt like I was royalty. You have to check out the rooftop bar at least once during your stay.

From the moment you step foot on property you feel like you’ve been coming here for years! Everyone is very welcoming. This place has the CHARM and history you’d expect from a hotel established in 1910 with the modern conveniences that Hilton brings. We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate our Anniversary and I didn’t want to leave! - The bed was the MOST COMFORTABLE ever! - The complimentary shuttle was a welcome treat, though we only used it once to go to a baseball game. - The dining onsite was super yummy! - We also spent a lovely afternoon in the courtyard poolside where we were met with another welcome surprise of towel service. - The rooftop bar was a perfect spot to view Independence Day fireworks (though it rained). Yes, there are some “unique” features like our sloped floor in our room, but you can chalk that up to 1910. We loved it so much that we are planning to try to make this our Anniversary destination every year.

The bed was SO comfortable!! I had breakfast at the restaurant, sat on the beautiful porch outside. Highly recommend. Kymonica was my waitress and she was absolutely fantastic. The food was delish and it was a great way to start out a very busy weekend.

We had a lovely breakfast on the veranda of the 8595 restaurant. Kymonica was our server and she was remarkable. She was very nice, attentive, and cared about our enjoyment of the morning. We’d recommend the chocolate chip pancakes and the grits.
