I wanted to share my recent experience with your valet service. The parking situation was very disorganized, and the overall process seemed poorly managed. Additionally, the valet attendants were requesting cash payments because the credit card system was not working, which was both inconvenient and concerning. I wanted to bring this to your attention as it reflects poorly on the guest experience, and I hope it can be addressed promptly.

My husband and I often enjoy short stays in the Atlanta area, and I was pleasantly surprised to find this new hidden gem in Buckhead, now part of the Marriott Bonvoy family. My nightly upgrade award was approved, and we were treated to a beautiful corner suite with a balcony. From arrival to checkout, the service was outstanding. The valet attendants were friendly and efficient, and Oscar went above and beyond helping with our bags. Adriana and Juanita at the front desk provided a warm welcome and breakfast vouchers—a great Titanium perk! Marcus and Caleb were excellent bartenders, and Imarra was wonderful and helpful at checkout. A special thank-you to Kiara Walker, the manager, who made sure our stay was perfect and even shared helpful information about other Marriott properties in different cities. We’ll definitely be back—this property is a true Buckhead gem!

It's a beautiful business hotel with exceptional staff. It was exceptionally clean. The rooms are very nice, well-appointed, and a good size. And the breakfast on the rooftop? That might just be one of the best I've had in a long time. I travel continuously for work and am a Hyatt Globalist, so I'm probably pretty jaded because I see so many hotels. Still, I genuinely noticed how amazing the staff here were – incredibly professional, super helpful, and always smiling and positive. There's only one real negative to the property, and it's probably fixable. The cellular service across all three carriers was terrible and the in-room wireless internet was really slow. I think the hotel's position might be lower than some of the area streets, and cellular coverage just doesn't reach very well there. I tried all three of the big US carriers with the same results. This could have been easily mitigated with exceptionally fast Wi-Fi in the rooms. They seem to have new, modern hardware, but it's significantly throttled. I couldn't get more than 10 megabits of bandwidth at best. That's just too slow for today's traveler, especially with all the tech everyone carries. It's a beautiful property with exceptional staff and an amazing breakfast. The only thing that might make me hesitate is the lack of good internet service at the hotel. This is something they can definitely address and fix, and I truly hope they do, because I'd love to come back soon.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel's bar and pool area are absolutely beautiful and created a very relaxing atmosphere. Our room was a highlight, with tasteful decor and a wide range of amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The location couldn't be better—we were close to all the main attractions and never had to travel far to find great food and things to do. We highly recommend this hotel for a truly enjoyable stay

Terrible service from the start. I was traveling with two young children and booked this stay through Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts as a Hyatt member, expecting professionalism and care Ive enjoyed especially at other Thompson properties. Instead, I experienced some of the worst service I’ve had at a Hyatt property. The front desk agent was unbelievably rude and dismissive — she didn’t explain our Amex benefits, brushed off questions, and even told us about a room upgrade we “didn’t qualify for,” which was unnecessary and unprofessional. She gave us the wrong room (6th floor instead of 8th), and when we called about our bags after waiting over an hour, she was rude again. I eventually went downstairs myself and found our luggage sitting unattended but directly in her view . Only later did a manager admit we’d been put in the wrong room all along. Service failures continued throughout the stay. Breakfast ordered to the room took more than 90 minutes (after being told 25) and had to be sent back as we were walking out the door. No one ever followed up. Calls to the front desk often went unanswered. Even at the rooftop restaurant, where we dined twice, the service was consistently dry and inattentive. Between the dismissive treatment, repeated mistakes, and lack of hospitality at every touchpoint, this stay felt like a complete waste of the Amex points I used. It has completely turned me off from staying at another Thompson property. Until this hotel invests in staff who actually understand hospitality, I’d recommend staying anywhere else in Atlanta.

Beautiful rooms and attentive staff all round. The restaurant has great food. The car service is conveniant. I would stay there again.
