The staff were incredibly kind.
The room was super comfortable thanks to the ice-cold air conditioning.
The locker room was quite large, so there was no problem even with lots of luggage. I stayed on the upper bunk, but the stairs were easy to climb. The toilet and shower seemed to be unisex, so that might be a concern for some. However, the water pressure was good and the hot water was plentiful. Toilet paper was also frequently replenished, so it was comfortable. The location is great as it's in the heart of the tourist area. Also, free cookies, muffins, and coffee were available in the kitchen for breakfast from 7am to 10am. Highly recommended!

The location is good and relatively quiet. However, on the last night, there was a black clerk who was not very polite. I didn't like his attitude. However, the female staff before were very enthusiastic. This black clerk should learn how to work enthusiastically instead of treating customers coldly. It makes people feel uncomfortable.

I booked an all-female room, but the front desk gave me a mixed-gender room. I was so sleepy at the time that I didn't try to change. The room was noisy with people coming and going, and the bathroom was quite small. Fortunately, there were blackout curtains next to the bed for privacy.
