Perfect location ,clean hotel . You can use it for business.

i booked the suite for three . roof top suite for three with hot tub. when my girls didn’t show up they took all the extra towels even though i asked them to leave them. shower flooded the bathroom because the pan is so shallow- used my ONE bath towel to mop up the water. asked for extra towels and was told i was only allotted ONE per room per day even though i paid for a three person suite. Hot tub- not allowed to get hot. sink water was warmer so couldn’t use. was told they were not allowed to make it hot. in the US we set our hot tubs around 103-104. they would not let it go past 98. not at all warm enough to be a hot tub in the winter. barely bath water. again, three person suite for 5 nights and u r allowed 2 coffee packets TOTAL for ur stay, not two per person for 5 nights. 2 total for three ppl for 5 nights. and don’t even ask for creamer. not allowed. u have to get dressed and go across traffic into another building and up the stairs for a cup of coffee beyond the 2 that three people are allowed total for 5 nights. AVOID AT ALL COST! it’s says there is an iron- they meant an ironing service. i could have flown home for the cost of ironing a shirt. i’m a well traveling American and all i can say is F THIS PLACE.
