Location, location, location!!! This is the only reason to stay here. It is a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Acropolis and all the other amazing historical sites. There are many supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and bars close by. The subway station is a 5 to 10 minute walk away. 5 stars for location.
The accommodation itself is not good. The wifi does not work at all; therefore, the TV could not be used either. The bed was broken, the sockets were hanging off the wall and the air conditioner did not work very well. There is a washing machine, which is handy for a long stay.
The host did respond to our requests to fix the bed the night we arrived and to provide enough towels and bedding for a family. However, it should not be the guest's responsibility to have to continually ask for things that are a standard part of the booking.
There were cockroaches in the entrance to the building and on the stairs. Thankfully, there were none in the apartment.
There are so many places to stay in this area, so I recommend taking your time to find something better.

The wifi speed in the room is extremely slow and basically unusable. I suggest you replace it. Many of the sockets in the room are loose. The sink and toilet in the bathroom are not very good and are simple. But the location is very convenient. You can walk to the Acropolis in 10 minutes. There are many restaurants and bakeries nearby. The price/performance ratio is OK

Lovely clean apartment in Kukaki, has everything you need: air conditioning, water heater, washing machine, hair dryer, kitchen utensils, stable internet. Self check-in via key box. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, the Sygrou-Fix metro station is a five-minute walk away, the Acropolis is also within walking distance.
