Good location and value, but needs improvement
Poor communication - until about 1 hour before check-in, they had not provided instructions on how to let myself in. Very stressful, I was already looking for a hotel as I thought they would never send me check-in info, even though I sent multiple messages using different platforms, and an email. Finally, someone who repeatedly called me “dear” provided instructions just 1 hour before check in.
The property is very well located, well appointed, except for the shower which is broken in many places and water sprays all over the place, and the shower curtain hung so high that it stops without covering the bottom 2 feet from the floor. Price was fair for the great location.
