We stayed one night at Alekos Apartments 2 and had a pleasant and comfortable experience. The apartment was modern, very clean, and well-equipped — it even had a small kitchenette for simple cooking and Netflix for a relaxing night in.
Although there’s a front desk, the office hours are limited, but not to worry — the owner is super responsive and helpful via WhatsApp. He even helped us arrange transport from the airport to the property at a reasonable fee, which made arrival really convenient.
The self check-in process was smooth and well explained. The apartment felt safe, cozy, and had everything we needed for a short stay. Location-wise, it’s within walking distance to metro stations, making it easy to get to the city centre.
Overall, a great value stay in Athens — clean, modern, and hosted by someone who truly cares about guests’ comfort. Would happily stay again!

The hotel was decent overall, but the area didn’t feel very safe. It’s close to the subway, just a few minutes’ walk.which is convenient, but the neighbourhood gave off a sketchy vibe. Not a huge issue, but definitely something to be aware of.

The kitchen was well equipped. The room was very clean and great service. Loved the mattress and pillows. The room had a tv with netflix which was the best part.

Clean and spacious apartment, manager helped us with check in and also recommended food options. Not many shops/ food nearby but you can always order in. Location is in the suburbs and a 5-7 minutes walk to the subway, which brings you to the city main attractions. However, the aircon in the unit we stayed would suddenly be cold and then warm. Nonetheless a good value and affordable option in the city.

The apartment was pleasant and the location is in a short distance from public transport. We stayed only for two nights, but if you stay longer the facilities for cooking anything should be improved.
We shopped close by fresh fruits, drinks etc and used the small fridge for keeping them fresh. Both days a bottle of water was provided free of charge which we appreciated. Fresh towels and clean services provided next day. WiFi was available and the communication with the owner is at your fingertips by text or call for any further assistance. We enjoyed our stay and happy to return.
