We liked the hotel very much, the facilities, the decoration, the heated pool, the night activities, and also the service & the staff were very helpful

A shuttle to the beach to be provided 24 hours or at least to midnight (not 7pm) and to be started early

Everything is perfect 👌👌 the room the view the clean 😍❤️😘

I loved our stay at Tanoak hotel. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, one can relax and unwind. The hotel service was amazing. Breakfast and dinner was amazing with a large variety to choose from. The pool area is great and there is a shuttle to the private beach area which has bars and restaurants.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, but the room layout is too perfunctory. The service is thoughtful and the food is delicious. The hotel is a bit far from the beach. The front desk staff is too slow to check in. The check-out service is even slower.

The facilities are not well maintained, but the room is quite large, there are security checks in and out, and the safety is OK

The room is very clean, the surrounding environment is very good, the food tastes good, the chef and waiters are very enthusiastic, and there are some performances, it is a very nice experience ~

I went with friends in August 2025 and had a great time. The place was clean, the food was tasty, and the staff were very friendly. Service was quick and prices were fair. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and would come back again.

I’ve been calling the hotel for a week to reserve as my company has a special rate (corporate rate) so they asked me to send an email..i did 5 days ago with no reply.. Yesterday i contacted the hotel and told them that it is not normal that a 5 stars hotel don’t reply on their customers and the reply from the agent was that they are understaffed and the management know that ( which is very unprofessional to share such confidential info) Today i called again, the manager replied when i told him that it is inappropriate that a very high reputable hotel doesn’t reply on the customers, he replied with “we are a very high reputable hotel whatever ur opinion is, do u know how many branches do we have?” I am writing this review to let u know that if u r looking for good customer care and respect, compared to the money u r paying that is definitely not the right hotel !!!

As a first time guest here at Tanoak, it is irrefutable that it is an experience filled with luxury, comfort, and satisfaction. The room itself is clean and comfortable with a soothing view of the pool. Between the pool, lagoon, and beach, there is a new and unique experience everyday. The staff are beyond friendly and helpful, especially the kitchen staff who intricately curate a delicious buffet daily whether it's for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. All would not be as perfect without the hospitality of the guest management/relations. Overall, perfect vacation destination.

The stay was good and they had so many varieties of food and noor has been amazing with us and the stay has been a pleasant wont be my last time
